    Abstract: An implementation for a splay state based on amplitude envelopes in the coupled oscillator system includes introducing a heterogeneous oscillator into the globally coupled identical oscillator network, when the frequency mismatch and repulsive coupling strength of the coupled heterogeneous oscillator system satisfy a certain relationship, the time series of the coupled oscillator will modulate an amplitude envelope, which can realize the generation of splay states between the amplitude envelopes of the identical oscillators except for the heterogeneous oscillator; applying the polar coordinate transformation and perturbation analysis in the condition of small coupling strength, it is easy to obtain the evolution equation of the amplitude envelope from the coupled heterogeneous oscillators. Solving the evolution equation of the amplitude envelope, the average amplitude, amplitude, and other parameters of the amplitude envelope in the splay state can be theoretically determined.

An implementation includes: acquiring point cloud data and front-view image data which are collected respectively by a plurality of collecting devices at a plurality of location points to obtain a sequence of point clouds and a sequence of front-view images; performing registration of the front-view images and the point clouds on the sequence of point clouds and the sequence of front-view images; transforming the sequence of front-view images into a top-view image based on the result of the registration and determining coordinate information of each pixel in the top-view image; and identifying map elements of the top-view image to obtain the high definition map.

As a result, evacuation and rescue activities for people trapped inside the building can be performed efficiently and safely through glass windows, and flexible response is possible even in situations where it is difficult to destroy glass windows from the inside during a disaster.

In particular, even a road surface where thin ice, that is, black ice, is formed, which was not detectable in the conventional method for estimating a road-surface friction coefficient, may be accurately estimated, thereby contributing to safer driving.
