Abstract: The present invention relates to proteomics, and techniques for predicting de novo sequencing of chains of amino acids, such as peptides, proteins, or combinations thereof. Particularly, aspects of the present invention are directed to a computer implemented method that includes obtaining a digital representation of a mass spectrum, the digital representation including a plurality of container elements, encoding, using an encoder portion of a bidirectional recurrent neural network of long short term memory cells and gated recurrent unit cells, each container element as an encoded vector, decoding, using a decoder portion of the bidirectional recurrent neural network, each of the encoded vectors into a sequence of amino acids; and recording the sequence of amino acids as a multi-dimensional data set of amino acids types and a probability of each of the amino acid types in each position of the complete amino acid sequence.

Abstract: Provided are an audio signal processing method, a training method, an apparatus and a storage medium, relating to the field of data processing, in particular to, the field of voice. Abstract: Percutaneous devices and methods for releasably engaging a guidewire against an inner surface of a tubular member are disclosed. A percutaneous device can include a tube member, a push member, and a fixation mechanism such as a fixation balloon. The tube member can define a lumen sized and shaped to receive one or more interventional medical devices therethrough and can have an outer diameter smaller than a lumen of a guide catheter. The push member can extend proximal of the tube member for slidably positioning a distal end portion of the tube member within and beyond a distal end of the guide catheter. The push member can include a lumen in fluid communication with an interior of the fixation balloon, for example, for delivering inflation fluid to, or removing fluid from, the balloon. The fixation balloon can be positioned can be positioned and configured to engage a guidewire against the inner surface of the guide catheter or of the tube member when inflated.

Abstract: A graphics processing unit (GPU) task is executed in a confidential compute architecture. GPU software in a non-secure world configures, based on task code and a cache description of a GPU task, a stub data structure including cache areas allocated based on the cache description and metadata indicating each cache area. In a realm segment in a memory, a root world root monitor configures a real data structure corresponding to the stub data structure, and stores to-be-processed confidential data. The root monitor updates a granule protection table (GPT) table so that based on an updated GPT table, a target segment storing the metadata and the task code is accessible to a GPU and has realm world permission for all other objects. The root monitor modifies a target mapping relationship so that the GPU executes the GPU task by using the target segment and the real data structure.

Abstract: An image prediction method and device are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a first reference unit of an image unit, where respective predicted images are obtained for the image unit and the first reference unit by using a same affine model; obtaining motion information of basic motion compensation units at two or more preset positions in the first reference unit; and obtaining motion information of a basic motion compensation unit of the image unit according to the motion information. In this way, motion information of the first reference unit using a same affine motion prediction model is reused, and a more accurate motion vector of a current image unit is obtained, improving prediction accuracy and maintaining encoding and decoding complexity, thereby improving encoding and decoding performance.

Abstract: In an electrolyte for the lithium secondary battery, which is used in forming protective layers on the surfaces of positive and negative electrodes, the electrolyte contains 1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole additives. In the instant case, vinylene carbonate further contained in the additives stabilizes the protective layer on the surface of the negative electrode, and 1,3-propane sultone further contained in the additives stabilizes the protective layer on the surface of the positive electrode, thereby improving the long-term life performance and high-temperature life characteristics of the lithium secondary battery.

The recovered waste heat is used as a heat source, while seawater serves as the heat sink, generating electricity through the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC). By combining exhaust gas waste heat and engine cooling water waste heat, which have different waste heat temperatures, in parallel or series to reduce the evaporation heat capacity, the ORC output is enhanced.
