    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a detection and analysis method for rapid delineation of aging stages of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt, including the following steps: performing a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) test on unaged SBS-modified asphalt samples to obtain a copolymer index of IB0/S0 and neat asphalt functional group indexes, including the SI0, IB, aI0, ARI0, and CI0; performing the FTIR test on the aged SBS-modified asphalt samples to obtain an actual index of IB/S, SI, IB, aI, ARI, and CI; and delineating three aging stages of SBS-modified asphalt, including a polymer swelling stage, a polymer degradation stage and a component imbalance stage according to changes of functional group indexes. According to the present disclosure, the actual aging stages of the SBS-modified asphalt can be determined rapidly and accurately, providing a reasonable basis for the decision on pavement maintenance timing and mode.

The DRAM capacitor according to an embodiment may include a first electrode of the DRAM; a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode; and a dielectric layer including a HfZrO film disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The HfZrO film may have an intermediate state corresponding to a phase transition region between a first state in which a tetragonal crystalline phase with anti-ferroelectricity property or a tetragonal crystalline phase is dominant, and a second state in which the orthorhombic crystalline phase with anti-ferroelectricity property or the orthorhombic crystalline phase is dominant. The HfZrO film may include both of the tetragonal crystalline phase and the orthorhombic crystalline phase. The HfZrO film maintains an intermediate state corresponding to the phase transition region within the operating voltage range of the capacitor.

    Abstract: Present invention is related to a metallic particle-deposition substrate having a metal substrate and multiple metallic particles attached thereon. The metallic particles are nano-particles with at least 90% of these nano-particles as single layer being evenly dispersed on the metal substrate. Each of the metallic particle is isolated without toughing or overlapping. The metal substrate has different material than the metallic particles in each preferred embodiment in the present invention. More preferably, at least 80% of the metallic particles have the distance between each metallic particle is at a range of 2-6 nm for better generation of hotspot effects. The present invention provides a fast production method for producing the substrate with heterogeneous interface. The metallic particles are evenly attached to the surface of the metal substrate to obtain better surface enhanced Raman effect as to apply for sensors in all kinds of field.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a yeast gene ScFIT3 for regulating and controlling cadmium resistance of an organism and an application thereof. The yeast gene ScFIT3 for regulating and controlling the cadmium resistance of the organism has a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The present invention discloses, for the first time, the application of the yeast gene ScFIT3 in enhancing cadmium resistance of the organism. The yeast gene ScFIT3 is linked to an expression vector and transformed into a budding yeast, thereby completing construction of a cadmium-resistant yeast. The growth of the budding yeast transformed with the yeast gene ScFIT3 is significantly superior to that of a wild-type budding yeast, indicating that the budding yeast transformed with the yeast gene ScFIT3 has good resistance to cadmium stress, significantly enhances a capability of resisting heavy metal cadmium, and reduces accumulation and absorption of cadmium.

A data set of existing banner ads, ad materials, and design and marketing parameters is used to generate a graph-based model. The graph-based model is used to generate original banner ads, which are then evaluated by a machine learning model, which assigns them scores. The highest-scoring banner ads are then presented to customers. The invention can also use a genetic algorithm in combination with iterative evaluation and generation to diversify design and choose the highest ranked banner ads.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a bismuth oxide film and a reconfigurable photoelectric logic gate are provided. It is discovered for the first time that an open-circuit photovoltage of bismuth oxide varies non-monotonically with a light intensity. A reconfigurable photoelectric logic gate is designed and manufactured by using the unique property of bismuth oxide. By adjusting an input light intensity, various logic gates such as an XOR gate, an AND gate, a NAND gate, an OR gate, a NOR gate, a NOT gate, and an AND-NOT gate can be programmably reconfigured by using a single device, without changing a threshold condition. Compared with a conventional electronic logic gate, a photoelectric logic gate having the characteristic of flexible and diversified programmable reconfigurations can implement more complex operation and calculation with fewer components, thereby being expected to play an important role in the upcoming Internet of Things era in which information increases explosively.
