Abstract: A mechanism for storing nesting cutting tools includes a hood to house and at least partially cover at least some of the cutting tools nested within one another. The hood includes locking mechanisms on a household electrical appliance for preparing food. The mechanism includes a securing ring for cutting tools nested in the hood, with the locking mechanisms for the hood designed to come into contact with additional locking mechanisms of the securing ring which also contain at least one locking stop for the nested cutting tools relative to the ring which holds the tools at least partially inside the hood.

Abstract: A coffee machine includes a hot water generator, an infusion chamber for receiving an infusible product, an infusion dispensing outlet (6) and a foam producing device (40), which is interposed between the infusion chamber and the dispensing outlet and is provided with at least two outlet orifices (43, 44) arranged with respect to each other in such a way that two infusion jets, which are formed at exit, collide with each other, thereby producing a foam. The two outlet orifices (43, 44) are oriented to each other at an angle of 90 degrees in such a way that the first outlet orifice (43) is oriented in a vertical direction whereas the second outlet orifice (44) is oriented in a horizontal direction and placed in such a way that the collision of the two infusion jets takes place under the first orifice.

Abstract: A lid includes a grip member (3) capable of being at least in a stacked state wherein it does not prevent stacking of the lid with another similar lid, and a gripping state wherein it has a released surface for gripping the lid. The lid includes at least one elastic member (14) moving the grip member (3) from its stacked state to its gripping state.

Abstract: Appliances for cooking food under pressure are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, an appliance comprises a vessel and a lid fitted and locked on the vessel in order to form a leaktight cooking enclosure. The appliance further comprises at least one jaw for locking the lid relative to the vessel and a device for driving the at least one jaw between a locking position and an unlocking position. The appliance also includes a module for fitting on and releasably securing to the lid. The module includes at least a device for controlling locking and unlocking of the lid relative to the vessel. Also disclosed are other alternatives applicable to domestic appliances for cooking food under pressure.

Abstract: A heating appliance including a metal substrate, at least a part of which is covered with a self-cleaning coating including at least one oxidation catalyst selected from the platinoid oxides, and at least one dopant of said oxidation catalyst selected from the rare-earth oxides. The self-cleaning coating is a bilayer coating including: an inner layer at least partially covering the metal substrate and including the dopant; and an outer layer in contact with the ambient air and including the oxidation catalyst. Also provided is a method for producing such a heating appliance.

Abstract: Provided is a static food cutting element including a hollow body having an inlet opening in which are arranged food cutting means, and also a discharge outlet. It includes a through-window formed in a lower part of the hollow body, and at least one lengthwise edge of the through-window forms a unit for guiding the cut foods towards the discharge outlet. Also provided is a cutting tool including such a static cutting element and also to an electric appliance including such a cutting tool.

Abstract: Beverage preparation machine comprising a body (2), a movable steam nozzle (7) connected to the body by a moving device (13), a beverage preparation area (10) in which a cup can be placed, and a cleaning area in which is disposed a rinsing container (12). The moving device (13) moves the nozzle (7) between the preparation and cleaning areas. The machine also includes a cleaning product outlet (56) that can be moved between a dispensing position located in the cleaning area for dispensing product into the container (12), and a storage position located outside the cleaning area. The cleaning product outlet (56) is connected to the moving device (13) so as to place this outlet in the storage position when the nozzle (7) is in the cleaning area.

The base bears an extracting member movable between a rest position and an extraction position, and adapted to cause the disconnection of electrical resistance from connectors and the release of the cooking plate from the base when displaced from the rest position to the extraction position. The cooking plate is movable from a cooking position in which electrical resistance is connected to connectors, and a released position in which electrical resistance is disconnected therefrom, and the extracting member is adapted to move the cooking plate from the cooking position to the released position thereof when moved from its rest position to its extraction position.
