Abstract: An electrical water heater includes a housing, a filling opening delimited by a rim, heating elements, a pouring member, a lid, a tongue mobile between an extended position wherein it seals the pouring member and a pouring position wherein it is retracted, and a pouring control connected to the tongue through an actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism includes a first mechanism arranged in the housing and having one end connected to the pouring control and one end mobile through a window of the rim, and a second mechanism arranged in the lid and having one end mobile through a window of the lid and one end connected to the tongue, the windows of the rim and of the lid being urged into mutual correspondence when the lid seals the opening, and the corresponding ends of the mechanisms being adapted to co-operate.
Abstract: A removable gripping device for a container has two clamp-forming members which are mounted to a gripping body, one of which can move longitudinally between an open position and a closed position; movement elements which are designed to move the aforementioned mobile member; and actuation devices which can move in relation to the gripping body. The above-mentioned actuation devices are mounted so as to move longitudinally between a rest position and an actuation position, whereby the actuation devices cause a lever to move from the retracted position to the deployed position thereof.

Abstract: Cookware containers providing a support to rest a utensil during cooking. Particularly, containers and cookware apparatuses configured to support a utensil when a portion of the utensil is cantilevered over the opening of the container.
Abstract: The invention relates to a culinary article (100) having a bottom (101) in which heat-sensitive means (130) made of electrically conductive materials are placed. According to the invention, the heat-sensitive means (130) are made of non-ferromagnetic materials having a temperature-variable resistivity (p).
Abstract: The subject is a household electrical appliance (1) comprising two articulated heating sub-assemblies (2, 3) and resistances (7) connected to an electricity supply component (8). The component (8) can be separated from the resistances and includes contactors (9). It is moreover adapted to engage with a hinge (4) by which the two heating sub-assemblies (2, 3) are articulated, the hinge, which includes at least one mobile part (16), being configured in a way either to implement the articulation of the sub-assemblies, under the effect of acting upon said mobile part (16) to bring it towards an articulation position through the electricity supply component (8, 11) then engaging its connection with the corresponding electric resistance (7), or to allow the relative separation of the sub-assemblies by releasing the mobile part (16) which is no longer acted upon by the electricity supply component (8, 11), when it is disconnected.
Abstract: A holder comprising on the one hand a base designed for fixing on a culinary item, and comprises a use positioning member and a rotary shaft, and on the other hand a handle pivoting on the rotary shaft and a lock mounted in such a way that it can move between a locked position in which it engages with the use positioning member in such a way as to immobilize the handle and a release position in which it allows it to be rotated. The use positioning member is on the rotary shaft.
Abstract: An electric liquid-heating appliance includes a housing, an upper fill hole which is defined by a rim (9), heating elements, a spout and a lid. The lid includes: a lock which can engage with a retaining element; a locking control element which is connected to the lock and which can move between a locked position and an unlocked position; and a tongue which can move between a retracted position, in which the tongue is housed in the lid, and a deployed position, in which the tongue seals the spout. The tongue is connected to the locking control element by an actuating mechanism which is designed to position the tongue either in the deployed position when the locking control element is in the locked position or in the retracted position when the locking control element is in the unlocked position, the unlocked position being stable.
Abstract: A food cooking surface for a cooking appliance, a method of producing that surface and a method of cooking food with a cooking appliance having that food cooking surface. The food cooking surface is made of a metal alloy of zirconium and of at least another metal, the zirconium content is not less than 75 wt %. In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, the alloy contains less than 10 wt % of elements added to zirconium.
Abstract: Appliances for cooking food under pressure are disclosed herein. According to one embodiment, a cooking appliance comprises a vessel (1), a lid (2), at least one jaw (4) mounted to be moved by a driving device (5), and an opening/closing control device (6, 7, 8). The opening/closing control device (6, 7, 8) includes an intermediate part (7), which comprises a maneuvering device (7A, 7B) and a clutch device (7C, 19). The intermediate part (7) is mounted to turn freely so that the maneuvering device (7A, 7B) co-operates with the driving device (5). The opening/closing control device also includes a main control member (6) comprising a transmission device (6C), the main control member (6) being positioned so that the transmission device (6C) co-operates with the clutch device (7C). The main control member (6) is mounted to move in translation. Other embodiments disclosed herein are also applicable to domestic appliances for cooking food under pressure.
Abstract: The invention relates to a food cooking surface for kitchen utensils or cooking appliances. The invention is characterised in that the cooking surface is a metallic compound containing, by weight, at least 50% cobalt and at least 18% chrome. Advantageously, the compound comprises at least 5% of one or more metals from tungsten, nickel and molybdenum.
Abstract: An automatic dispenser of ground coffee having: a reservoir having a flow outlet opening and adapted to contain a quantity of ground coffee; at least one paddle mounted to rotate in the bottom of the reservoir to transfer a predetermined quantity of ground coffee from the reservoir through the flow outlet opening; and a motor assembly connected for driving the paddle in rotation. The motor assembly is composed of: a motor having two input terminals via which operating current is supplied to the motor; and a control circuit having at least one component connected to establish a short circuit between the two terminals after the supply of operating current to the motor has been cut off.
Abstract: An automatic dispenser for ground coffee composed of a reservoir for grounds, the reservoir having a bottom provided with an outlet opening, rotatable dosing paddles at the bottom of the reservoir for dispensing a predetermined quantity of ground coffee through the outlet opening; a drive cone having rotatable blades disposed above the dosing paddles and adapted to be rotated about a vertical axis by a motor assembly, and a mixer in the form or a pyramid disposed above, and forming an extension of, the drive cone. An automatic coffee maker equipped with this dispenser.
