Abstract: A baking tray includes a top sheet and a bottom sheet. The top sheet has a first top side, a first bottom side, and a first outer perimeter. The first top side includes a first horizontal surface configured for supporting food for cooking in an oven. The bottom sheet has a second top side, a second bottom side, and a second outer perimeter. The second bottom side includes a second horizontal surface configured for supporting the baking tray upon an oven rack. The bottom sheet is attached to the top sheet at an interface adjacent to the first outer perimeter and the second outer perimeter. The second horizontal surface comprises dimple portions and flat portions. The flat portions separate the dimple portions and are spaced from the top sheet. Each of the dimple portions is indented toward the top sheet.
Abstract: The present invention generally relates to anti-stick coatings for cooking utensils, which exhibit improved properties of hydrophobicity and resistance to high temperature. The present invention also relates to a culinary article comprising a support coated in said coating, and a process for applying on the support such a coating according to the invention.
Abstract: A cyclonic separation device for dust and debris in vacuum cleaners, comprising a roughly cylindrical interior cyclonic chamber connected to an air intake, as well as a separator filter located in the central part of the interior chamber, comprising a tube segment to direct airflow to the air intake with this tube segment located around the roughly cylindrical interior cyclonic chamber, from a starting point to an end point near the air intake, with the cross-section of this tube segment near the end point being smaller than that near the starting point in order to form an acceleration ramp for the airflow between these two points.
Abstract: The invention relates to a culinary item comprising a dished body defining a bottom and a lateral wall, and provided with an inner surface for receiving food and an outer surface for positioning next to the heat source, at least one of the surfaces of the lateral wall being covered by an anodising layer and the outer surface of the bottom being at least partially enamelled. The invention also relates to a method for producing one such item.
Abstract: A pressure cooking appliance arranged to form a cooking chamber and comprising an adjustment device (7) of the pressure inside the chamber, which comprises a steam leakage pipe, said pipe defining a steam inlet section (8) and a flow section (9), wherein the adjustment device (7) comprises setting means (11) of the inlet section (8) and flow section (9), which is mobile between an open position, wherein it sets the inlet section (8) and flow section (9) so as to prevent the pressure applied inside the chamber from rising above a safety pressure and a decompression position, wherein it sets the inlet section (8) and flow section (9) to enable the decompression of the chamber to the safety pressure, without food projection.

Abstract: A coffeemaker composed of: a plurality of infusion heads that can each receive a predetermined quantity of a product to be infused; a common hydraulic circuit including, connected in series: a water reservoir; a flow meter for measuring the rate of flow of water from said reservoir; a pump; a heater; and a plurality of parallel outlet tubes each connected to an outlet of the heater, the heater and the pump being operative to deliver water from the reservoir to the heater through the flow meter; a control unit connected to the flow meter and the pump being for controlling the operation of the coffeemaker; and distribution devices connected in series with each of the outlet tubes and connected to be controlled by the control unit for delivering water or steam to each of infusion head as a function of signals received from the flow meter.
Abstract: Appliances for cooking food under pressure are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, an appliance comprises a vessel and a lid fitted and locked on the vessel in order to form a leaktight cooking enclosure. The appliance further comprises at least one jaw for locking the lid relative to the vessel and a device for driving the at least one jaw between a locking position and an unlocking position. The appliance also includes a module for fitting on and releasably securing to the lid. The module includes at least a device for controlling locking and unlocking of the lid relative to the vessel. Also disclosed are other alternatives applicable to domestic appliances for cooking food under pressure.
Abstract: A lid for a household electric cooking appliance, the lid having: a lower face; an upper face; a flue extending between the upper face and the lower face for evacuating cooking fumes and having an entry and an exit; a seal carried by the lower face and surrounding the entry of the flue, the seal having a periphery; and a removable filtration subassembly extending across the flue, wherein the filtration subassembly is mounted in an opening of the lower face outside the periphery of the seal. A household electric appliance composed of: the lid described above, and a tank having an upper edge, wherein the seal of the lid is provided to cooperate with the upper edge of the tank.
Abstract: A method is provided for the electrical protection of an electrical household appliance that is used to prepare food. The appliance includes an electric pump which is supplied with alternating current in order to convey a liquid through a conduit, and a heating element to raise the temperature of the liquid. The instantaneous value of the current I supplied to the pump is measured at regular time intervals. The method includes calculating the average value ?n of m current I measurements taken over a pre-determined time period T; comparing the average value ?n with a reference value ?ref calculated as the average value of the current I measurements taken over an earlier period of the same length; and opening the pump's power supply circuit when the difference between the average values ?ref and ?n exceeds a pre-determined threshold value ?1 for at least two successive time periods T as a result of low average current indicative of dry running.
Abstract: An electric food preparation appliance composed of: a jar having a bottom and an open top; a rotary working tool installed in the jar to be driven in rotation through the bottom of the jar; a lid for closing the top of the jar and having an opening; a mixing accessory constructed to be installed in the jar through the opening; and a side support member provided to hold the mixing accessory when the mixing accessory is not installed in the jar.
