Abstract: A hair styling appliance for curling hair includes a mandrel, a liquid reservoir, a heating element integrated in the mandrel, a wick communicating with the reservoir such that it is soaked with liquid, the wick extending between a proximal end intended to come into contact with the heating element and a distal end supplied with liquid from the reservoir, and a guide system for guiding the wick that is configured to permit it to move from a passive position to an active position in which the wick is in contact with the heating element in order to create steam, wherein the guide system includes an elastic guiding mechanism in contact with the periphery of the wick at the proximal end.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cooking vessel (1) comprising a cap (2) equipped with an end wall (3). Abstract: A device for applying a product to be dispensed on a skin of a user by iontophoresis, includes: at least one storage container for storing the product to be dispensed; at least one dispensing cavity able to receive the product to be dispensed; at least one first iontophoresis electrode; an electronic control circuit; and a measuring system for measuring a physical or physico-chemical parameter, the measuring system being connected to the electronic control circuit and configured to send a signal indicative of a parameter measurement. The first iontophoresis electrode and the measuring system are installed in the dispensing cavity, the electronic control circuit being configured to compare the value of the physical or physico-chemical parameter measured in the cavity to a reference threshold value so as to detect if the product is absent from the cavity.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for production of a cosmetic product including: at least one first single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a first phase of a cosmetic product, at least one second single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a second phase of a cosmetic product, a machine including a mixer inside of which the mixture of the preset quantity of the first phase and the preset quantity of the second phase is done automatically in order to end up with a cosmetic product directly consumable by the end consumer. The mixing is done in a manner such that neither the first phase nor the second phase are in direct contact with any part of the mixer which is not single use, thus avoiding dirtying the mixer.

Abstract: An extruded animal feed comprising minimally dewatered microalgal biomass and a porous mineral is disclosed. The livestock feed comprises a mixture of the porous mineral, such as zeolite, and a whole algal biomass containing between 2.0% to 15.0% solids. The whole algal biomass and the porous mineral are mixed together at a ratio of 1 part whole algal biomass to between 1 to 3 parts porous mineral. The extruded mixture can be formed by extruding the whole algal biomass and the porous mineral together, with or without additional ingredients. The extruded mixture of whole algal biomass and the porous mineral can be delivered as a feed supplement or can be further processed into a final feed composition. The feed supplement may comprise: Zeolite 2.5% to 12%; Microalgal biomass 1.0% to 7.5%; Flax between 40% to 60%; and a dry feed composition between 35% to 55%.
