Abstract: In a method for developing attractions in a shooting game system with which players can experience gun fights between the targets and players themselves. The shooting game system can be easily installed in a short period anywhere and game quality can be adjusted in the most suitable state. The method for developing attractions includes the steps of producing various types of targets by combining fundamental mechanisms, each of which is used for a unit operation; incorporating unified control equipment and peripherals in the produced target to make them a target unit; embedding the above-described target unit in a target unit case so as to serve also as an indoor partition and posts; and arranging the embedded target units in the designated rooms of the attraction hall. The method for developing attractions alternatively includes inputting information regarding the arrangement of the targets, displaying the arrangement on a screen, and the interaction between the targets and the players.
Abstract: A television or video game data reception apparatus receives a data signal of television games transmitted from a base station in a wireless manner or through wire on a local station side so that the received data signal is used to play a game. The reception apparatus is provided, in addition to a game operation memory for storing a data signal of a predetermined game, a save memory for storing a predetermined state of a game, for example, at the time of termination of the game. The save memory is write protected when the save memory does not perform save operation so that for example when a game is terminated in the midway thereof, the data of the state at that termination can be saved in accordance with necessity.

Abstract: A multi-connection device for use in a game apparatus for outputting data from a plurality of input means to the body of the game apparatus is provided. The multi-connection device is connected to respective input means 20, and comprises a plurality of input connections 32a-32d for inputting data from the input means 20, an output connection for outputting the data to the game console 10, and a control unit for sequentially reading the data from the input means 20 connected to the plural input connections 32a-32d and outputting at the output connection 20 the read data to the game console 10. The multi-connection device can simultaneously connect a larger number of input means than a number of input means directly to the game console without burdening the game apparatus with more data processing, and is very effective as an adaptor for use in a game apparatus.
Abstract: A holder is provided for a remote controller of a karaoke machine. The holder causes the remote controller to be removably held to a handle of a microphone. The holder comprises a portion of an elastic material, such that the portion can tightly fit an outer surface of the handle of the microphone. Further, the holder comprises an approximately C-shaped portion or an approximately ring-shaped portion which matches an outer shape of the handle of the microphone. The remote controller comprises infrared-ray-emitting diodes for emitting a signal in response to a user operating the control buttons to the karaoke machine. A signal-receiving means receives the signal emitted by the signal-emitting means, the signal-receiving means then outputting a relevant signal to the karaoke machine for amplifying a voice input through the microphone, adding accompaniment to the thus-amplified voice and outputting a resulting sound.
Abstract: In the simulated steering apparatus, when a steering wheel is turned right or left from its neutral state, a steering reaction force in a direction opposite to the steering direction is transmitted to an operator. A steering shaft that passes through a case and a panel plate is supported rotatably via housings in which are mounted ball bearings. A steering wheel is attached to the front end of the steering shaft, and a powder clutch and an electric motor are located on either side of the steering shaft. An endless output belt is mounted around a coupled pulley that is fitted over the steering shaft, and a drive pulley for the powder clutch, while an endless input belt is mounted around a coupled pulley for the powder clutch and a drive pulley for the electric motor.
