  • Patent number: 10944808
Abstract: A server distributing a stream to a client device may use server-side metrics to detect issues that interrupt or otherwise affect playback of the stream by the client device. The server reproduces the issues experienced by the client device from the server-side metrics without accessing or using client-side metrics. The server-side metrics may include data that may be produced or obtained by the server such as requested stream segment filenames that identify changes in the stream bitrate, and timestamps at which the client device requests different segments. The client-side metrics may include metrics that are produced by the client device, and that directly identify the same client-side issues the server reproduces via the server-side metrics. The server or a distributed platform in which the server operates may dynamically alter the delivery of the stream or perform other remedial actions if the server detects various client-side issues from the server-side metrics.

Abstract: A system for recommending personalized rewards based on customer profiles and customer preferences includes one or more processors configured to access customer parameters associated with the first customer and customer parameters associated with a plurality of second customers from a database. The values of customer parameters of the first customer are compared with the values of the customer parameters of the plurality of second customers to identify of the plurality of second customers having customer parameter values that correspond to the customer parameter values associated with the first customer. A list of reward purchase categories is determined based on analyzing customer profiles associated with the identified plurality of second customers. Personalized rewards associated with the selected one or more reward categories are transmitted to the user device associated with the first customer, the personalized rewards to accrue based on consumer purchase transactions by the first customer.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for tracking motion of subjects in three dimensional space. The method includes receiving a video of the environment using a scene capturing device positioned in the environment. A motion intensity of subjects from the plurality of image frames are detected for segregating the motion of subjects present in each image frame from the plurality of image frames into a plurality of categories. Further, a three dimensional (3D) scene from the plurality of image frames are constructed using the multi focused view based depth calculation technique. The subjects are tracked based on the position in three dimensional (3D) scene categorized under the significant motion category. The proposed disclosure provides efficiency in tracking the new entry of subjects in the environment for adjusting the focus of observer.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for masking and unmasking of sensitive data. The present systems and methods solve the problems of consistency of the data masking, by using a random index and a masked index with use of regular expression concept. An additional random key produce different masked data versions, however the original form of the sensitive data is achieved with any masked data version. Plurality of masked data versions are generated by masking the sensitive input dataset, where the plurality of masked data versions comprises same format of the sensitive input dataset. The generated masked data versions are secured and hard to predict the original form of the sensitive input dataset by authorized or unauthorized environments. Also, the present method consume less processing time, as the masking process and the unmasking process make operations on the indexes rather than with the original dataset.

  • Publication number: 20210065845
Abstract: The present disclosure is generally relates to technique for scoring variants to evaluate an effect of the variants on gene function. The present system and method assigns scores for the plurality of variants that are occurred in a particular transcript corresponding to a protein coding gene comprised in the exome. The plurality of variants including the synonymous variants, the non-synonymous variants, the frameshift indels and the non-frameshift indels, the variants that spans into a coding exonic intronic boundary region, and the splice site variants, considering an interplay between a pair of alleles in order to understand as to what extent the variant may impact the gene, based on number of risk alleles present in the gene. The final score of the variant indicate probable effect of the variant, higher the score more will be the effect of the variant on gene.

Abstract: Performance of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for robustness against real world noises and channel distortions is critical. Embodiments herein provide method and system for generating synthetic multi-conditioned data sets for additive noise and channel distortion for training multi-conditioned acoustic models for robust ASR. The method provides a generative noise model generating plurality of types of noise signals for additive noise based on weighted linear combination of plurality of noise basis signals and channel distortion based on estimated channel responses. The generative noise model is a parametric model, wherein basis function selection, number of basis functions to be combined linearly and weightages to be applied to the combinations is tunable, thereby enabling generation of wide variety of noise signals. Further, the noise signals are added to set of training speech utterances under set of constraints providing the multi-conditioned data sets, imitating real world effects.
