Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include systems and methods for systematic crowdsourcing of geolocation data. Transaction data that includes an identification of a point of sale device and an identification of a payment vehicle used in the transaction can be received. A confidence in a location of the point-of-sale device can be calculated. When the confidence of the location of the point-of-sale device is lower than a threshold confidence, a location of a device associated with an owner of the payment vehicle can be determined. An updated confidence in the location of the point-of-sale device can be generated based at least in part on the location of the device.

Abstract: A system for detecting a fraudulent ATM transaction is disclosed. The system relates to an ATM machine that receives a bank/ATM card from a customer. The ATM first attempts to read information from the card chip, but is unable to do so due to a read error. The ATM then instead reads the information from the magnetic strip, and initiates a fraud detection procedure. In one such procedure, the ATM uses a local wireless access point to detect a customer's device, such as a phone, in the vicinity of the ATM. In another such procedure, the ATM communicates with a backend server. The backend server then determines the location of the customer device either by transmitting a message to request authorization, or by utilizing GPS or other location-detection means on the customer device to determine whether the customer device is within the ATM vicinity.

Abstract: A pumping system, comprising: a pump fluid end comprising a plurality of pump chambers, each pump chamber comprising a bore having a reciprocatable plunger disposed therein, a suction valve, and a discharge valve; a prime mover mechanically coupled to the fluid end [by a drivetrain] and configured to reciprocate the plungers; and a controller communicatively coupled to the prime mover, the fluid end, or both and configured to alert a user re a pump malfunction, initiate corrective action of the pump malfunction, or both in response to: (a) an indication of torque reversal during operation of the pumping system, (b) an indication of negative flow rate from the pump during operation of the pumping system, (c) an indication of leakage of (i) a single discharge valve in a 3-plunger pump or (ii) discharge valves associated with two plungers in adjacent firing order, or (d) any combination of (a)-(c).

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for signing a document by generating a hash value using a smart card. The smart card can receive from a computing device a first hash value generated for the document based on a first hash function, determine a private key based on a private key information stored on the smart card, sign the first hash value by generating a second hash value based on the first hash value using a second hash function and the private key. The second hash value is to authenticate that the second hash value is generated by the smart card based on the first hash value and the private key. The smart card can further assemble a signature package including the second hash value, and transmit the signature package to the computing device.

Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, and systems for automated quantification of the impact of software code reuse are disclosed. A method performed by a processing system including at least one processor includes estimating an amount of a piece of source code that comprises reused code, estimating a resource cost associated with a development of the piece of source code, estimating an amount of resources saved by using the reused code in the piece of source code, based on the resource cost and the amount of the piece of source code that comprises the reused code, and initiating a modification to the piece of source code in response to the amount of resources saved.

Abstract: In some implementations, a data management system may obtain, via a data interlocutor, a set of data intended for inclusion in a database, wherein the set of data is associated with at least one data type, wherein the set of data comprises at least one data value. The data management system may generate, via the data interlocutor, a set of data entities based on the set of data and a set of security metadata associated with the set of data, wherein the set of data entities comprises a data entity associated with a data value of the at least one data value, the data entity comprising transaction authorization information associated with the data value. The data management system may output, via the data interlocutor, the set of data entities for inclusion in the database.

Abstract: Programmable cards, computer-readable media, and systems are disclosed for token payment. For example, a programmable card for token payment, according to some embodiments, may include an antenna and a contact interface. The card may be configured to store, in the rewritable memory, a token transmitted from a user device via a first near field communication (NFC) signal received by the antenna, and provide the stored token to a point of sales terminal via a second NFC signal transmitted by the antenna or via the contact interface.

Abstract: An enhanced federated custodian system is described. One embodiment is directed to a computer system executing instructions to: receive, from one or more members of a federated blockchain on a network of computing devices, an approval for a transaction associated with an authentication capsule; generate, via a first trusted execution environment, a first machine readable code in response to receiving the approval for the transaction; transmit to a cold interaction system, the first machine readable code; and the cold interaction system comprising one or more processors and one or more memories, the one or more memories comprising instructions executable by the one or more processors to: receive the first machine readable code comprising the encrypted information and the approval; decrypt the encrypted information for the transaction and the approval; and generate a private key that corresponds to a public key for the transaction.

Abstract: A method and system for efficiently executing query requests based on an estimated number of query records returned. A database server may set a predetermined record count associated with an estimated number of query records. The predetermined record count prevents a single query or multiple queries from intentionally or unintentionally consuming an excessive amount of computational resources. If the estimated number of query records exceed the predetermined record count the database server may cancel or prevent the execution of the query request in order to prevent one or more query requests from consuming an excessive amount of computing resources.

Abstract: In some implementations, a scheduling system may receive a scheduling tag to define a custom schedule that includes one or more downtime windows for a cloud resource over a scheduling period. The scheduling system may determine a regular continuous schedule for the cloud resource that recurs over multiple scheduling periods based on the one or more downtime windows defined in the scheduling tag. The scheduling system may determine at a current scan time, whether a target state for the cloud resource is a running state or a suspended state based on the one or more uptime windows and the one or more downtime windows included in the regular continuous schedule. The scheduling system may align a current state of the cloud resource with the target state.

Abstract: In order to facilitate dynamic graphing of entity networks based on activity, systems and methods include a processor receiving entity-specific data records and a plurality of entity-related activity records for a plurality of entities, where each entity-specific activity record includes activity data regarding at least one activity associated with an entity. The processor generates graph nodes for an entity activity graph based on the plurality of entity-specific data records, where each graph node of the plurality of graph nodes represents the particular entity and then generating an activity data structure, including the graph nodes and edges between the graph nodes, where the edges represent characteristics of the activities between graph nodes based on the entity-related activity record.

Abstract: An architecture to provide uplink power control adjustment for aerial user equipment. A method can comprise receiving report data from serving cell equipment, wherein the report data comprises an adjustment in a transmission gain value initiated by the serving cell equipment, based on the adjustment in the transmission gain value, sending, via the serving cell equipment, paging message data to a group of aerial user equipment, and based on the paging message data, instructing the group of aerial user equipment to read newly broadcast signaling messages from serving cell and update their own uplink power control mechanism.

Abstract: The integrated logistics ecosystem is a hybrid system for creating datasets and services that are utilized in a logistics network. This system provides an inventory of data objects, access layers, and services which perform across various tenants of the system. These tenants may be made up of several architectural components such as transportation management, freight payment, integrated GPS, transportation visibility, logistics gateway, contract management system, freight auction, fuel management, surface visibility, workforce management, and integrated control tower components. Each of these is integrated into the system as a whole to ensure dynamic communication and process execution.

Abstract: Methods and devices for consistently and accurately controlling the depth of the graft tunnel. A sheath is inserted into the bone until a stop member on the sheath contacts the bone. A cutting member is then deployed to drill a larger bore in the tunnel until making contact with the distal end of the sheath. The cutting member may be drawn retrograde within the tunnel, or driven antegrade from an opening opposite the opening in which the sheath resides. The drill and the sheath can then be removed, leaving the tunnel that includes a tunnel portion sized to fit a graft so that the graft fits tightly within the tunnel portion and is flush with the opening of the tunnel.

Abstract: A media item included in a broadcast is identified by receiving, at a processing device including a processor, a first recorded representation of a first media broadcast, which includes a recording of at least a portion of a first media item, via a known media station. The first recorded representation. An identity of the first media item is determined based on a broadcast schedule associated with the known media station. A second recorded representation of a second media broadcast transmitted via an unknown media station, which includes a recording of at least a portion of a media-item-of-interest is also received at the processing device. The media-item-of-interest is identified by the processing device based on a block-by-block comparison of the first recorded representation to the second recorded representation. The comparison includes comparing first blocks included in the first recorded representation against second blocks included in the second recorded representation on a frame by frame basis.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for machine learning systems to process incoming call-center calls to provide communication summaries that capture effort levels of statements made during interactive communications. For a given call, the system receives a transcript as the input and generates a textual summary as the output. In order to improve a call summary and customize a summarization task to a call center domain, the technology disclosed herein may employ a classifier that predicts an effort level and attention score for individual utterances within a call transcript, ranks the attention scores and uses selected ones of the ranked utterances in the summary.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive a request associated with a data record, the request including a first set of input for a first machine learning model, and the first set of input defining a first set of values associated with a first set of parameters that correspond to the data record. The device may obtain, from a data storage device, a second set of values associated with a second set of parameters that correspond to the data record. The device may determine, using the first machine learning model, a score for the data record based on the first set of input and the second set of values, wherein the first machine learning model is trained to receive the first set of input and the second set of values and produce, as output, the score.
