The control unit may be configured to: load the first operating system in response to the electronic interaction device being powered on; communicate with a remote server via a secure communications channel; transmit a status of the first operating system to the remote server via the secure communications channel; receive a boot instruction from the remote server via the secure communications channel; and in response to the boot instruction, load the second operating system.

Abstract: In one embodiment, an RFID device is disclosed that contains a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure formed from multiple conductive materials configured to move between a first operating condition and a second operating condition when exposed to an event or other stimuli. The second conductive structure is initially operatively coupled to the first conductive structure in the first operating condition. However, after exposure to the event, the first conductive structure is altered to change the behavior of the RFID device. The RFID device is attachable to a substrate, such as a garment or a fabric, and the event may be a single or multiple occurrence event, such as washing, stretching, heating, or exposure of the RFID device to electrical signals.

Abstract: A method including receiving a first application user credential associated with a user profile; comparing, for a first match, the first application user credential with a stored second application user credential, wherein the stored second application user credential is associated with a user identity; and responsive to finding a first match, verifying the user identity by performing the following: communicating with a card using near field communication; receiving a public key of a key pair of the card and cardholder identification information of an account holder of the card; instructing the card to generate a digital signature; receiving the digital signature from the card; verifying the digital signature using the public key; and comparing, for a second match, at least a portion of the user identity with at least a portion of the cardholder identification information.

Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing the management of resources in Kubernetes clusters are disclosed. An embodiment of the present invention is directed to central dynamic Helm charts, providing a flexible and efficient mechanism for deploying, managing, and updating applications within Kubernetes environments across an entity/platform. By centralizing Helm chart configurations and dynamically adjusting them based on real-time resource metadata, an embodiment of the present invention enhances scalability, reliability, and consistency in Kubernetes deployments. In addition, an embodiment of the present invention provides a Configuration Tool that automates creation of directory structures and YAML files required to perform industry standard deployment patterns with ease.

Abstract: Compositions for prevention of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) are provided, comprising an antigen component in the amount equivalent to 0.5-20 ?g FMD virus and an adjuvant component comprising oil, an immunostimulatory oligonucleotide, and a polycationic carrier. Methods of using the composition, as well as the methods of reducing FMD persistence are also provided.

Abstract: A spectral imaging device includes an imager, a scanning stage to establish relative motion between the imager and a sample in a scanning direction and an optical system controlling a light characteristic of a light beam constituting an image of the sample to the imager. The optical system includes a light varying element to receive the light beam and provide an output light beam with spatially varying light characteristic over a cross-section thereof. A set of redirecting optical elements direct light rays from the sample to form the light beam, and to focus the output light beam onto the imager. A controller controls the scanning stage and the imager to capture a plurality of image frames with an overlap including a defined shift that is greater than 1 pixel along the scanning direction between consecutive image frames. A computing device consolidates image data to provide an image of the sample.

Abstract: Systems for performing instant optical character recognition (OCR) of documents to be uploaded to a server process for allowing mid-stream adjustments during the document upload process. are disclosed. A system may include a mobile device with a document upload application and a backend system to which a document is to be uploaded. The backend system may initiate the OCR process automatically upon receiving images of documents to be uploaded and provide options to the document upload application for managing the upload process based on the results of the OCR process.

An embodiment operates by receiving a request to generate a vehicle listing to sell a vehicle on a website. A plurality of vehicle listings similar to the vehicle to be sold are determined, the plurality of vehicle listings including a plurality of features providing information about a respective vehicle featured in the vehicle listing and a performance metric indicating an effectiveness of a respective listing. A first cluster of listings from the plurality of vehicle listings similar to the vehicle are identified based on based on performing artificial intelligence clustering with respect to the metric. Common features amongst a subset of the first cluster of listings are identified. A user interface of a sales template for selling the vehicle associated with the request via the website is generated, wherein the sales template includes the common identified features.

Abstract: A rail tie plate singulating machine comprises a lift conveyor sloping upward and adjacent to a singulating conveyor. The lift conveyor extends below the singulating conveyor from a lift conveyor inlet end to a y-axis intercept between the conveyors and above the singulating conveyor past the y-axis intercept. A transfer guide extending above the lift conveyor redirects rail tie plates laterally off the lift conveyor onto the singulating conveyor past the y-axis intercept. A singulating guide extending in spaced relation above the singulating conveyor redirects tie plates thereon toward an edge adjacent the lift conveyor in a spacing that allows rail tie plates oriented longitudinally to advance therealong. A driven roller supported over the reduced width section engages a rail tie plate supported on top of another rail tie plate to advance the engaged rail tie plate laterally onto the lift conveyor.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides various embodiments of a fluorescence scanning system having a sample holder with a sample suspended within that is rotated by a centrifuge such that the sample is illuminated at various angles by an excitation beam by operation of a galvanometer and such that the sample emits a fluorescence emissions that is detected through a narrow window of exposure defined along the travel path of rotation taken by the sample holder when rotated by the centrifuge. A stationary fluorescence detector is in operative communication with the sample holder along the narrow window of exposure for detecting the fluorescence emissions emitted by the sample from the sample holder while also separating the excitation beam from the fluorescence emissions.

Abstract: Systems and methods for weather radar processing, comprising a processor in communication with a first database and a second database and computer system code executed by the processor. The computer system code causes the processor to ingest radar data from the first database and ingest numerical weather prediction data from the second database. The processor further processes the radar data and the numerical weather prediction data to generate weather products on defined tiles. The processor further processes the weather products on the defined tiles to generate full domain (stitch-tile) data and generates time aggregation data based on the stitch-tile data. Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system for determining myocardial ischemia severity based on hemodynamic parameters estimation. Many patients suffer from myocardial ischemia due to narrowing of coronary artery resulting poor oxygen supply in cardiac muscles. The method includes receiving Electrophysiology (EP) signal from a simulated heart surface model to generate a single lead ECG template. The method further estimates hemodynamic parameters using a hemodynamic module based on the single lead ECG template and then estimates cardiac pressure-volume loop variables. The myocardial ischemia severity of the heart surface model is determined which includes one of moderate ischemia, severe ischemia and silent ischemia. Here, the cardiac source module is coupled with the hemodynamic module to determine cardiac transmembrane potential (TMP) of the heart surface model through contractility function.

Abstract: In some embodiments, transaction data associated with a user may be processed based on one or more criteria indicative of a trip to determine transactions related to the trip. Based on a comparison between geolocation data associated with stored images and location data associated with the transactions, a visual representation derived from the images may be generated, where the visual representation indicates correlations between the images and the transactions determined to be related to the trip. Display instructions for displaying the visual representation on a client device of the user may be provided to the client device.
