Publication number: 20200090056Abstract: Business to Consumer (B2C) systems face a challenge of engaging users since offers are created using static rules generated using clustering on large transactional data generated over a period of time. Moreover, the offer creation and assignment engine is disjoint to the transactional system which led to significant gap between history used to create offers and current activity of users. Systems and methods of the present disclosure provide a meta-model based configurable auto-tunable recommendation model generated by ensembling optimized machine learning and deep learning models to predict a user's likelihood to take an offer and deployed in real time. Furthermore, the offer given to the user is based on a current context derived from the user's recent behavior that makes the offer relevant and increases probability of conversion of the offer to a sale. The system achieves low recommendation latency and scalable high throughput by virtue of the architecture used.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2019Publication date: March 19, 2020Applicant: Tata Consultancy Services LimitedInventors: Rekha SINGHAL, Gautam SHROFF, Vartika TEWARI, Sanket KADARKAR, Siddharth VERMA, Sharod Roy CHOUDHURY, Lovekesh VIG, Rupinder VIRK

Patent number: 10589449Abstract: In a stator injection molding centralization technique, a mold core is disposed inside a stator tube, thereby forming an annulus between the stator tube and mold core. The mold core includes a pitch length defined between a first and second lobe tip of the mold core. A centralizing member is positioned in the annulus, which has a length at least as long as the pitch length of the mold core. During the injection molding process, elastomeric material is injected into the annulus behind the centralizing member, which is located adjacent to the injection point. As the elastomer is injected, it displaces the centralizing member ahead of it along the annulus. As the centralizing member moves through the annulus, it supports the mold core, thus preventing the sag effect.Type: GrantFiled: August 14, 2015Date of Patent: March 17, 2020Assignee: Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.Inventors: Richard David Peer, Byong Jun Kim

Patent number: 10590705Abstract: A downhole motor has a bearing mandrel rotatably disposed within a housing, plus an impact adapter disposed above and connected to the bearing mandrel and rotatable therewith. The impact adapter has upwardly-projecting teeth engageable with downwardly-projecting teeth on a drive mandrel disposed above and coaxially aligned with the impact adapter. The drive mandrel is both rotatable and axially movable within the housing, and relative to the impact adapter. By means of a cam assembly and a helical spring (or other energy storage means) associated with the drive mandrel, rotation of the drive mandrel causes upward movement of the drive mandrel within the housing, thus compressing the spring. Further rotation causes instantaneous dropping of the drive mandrel, releasing energy stored in the spring, and causing the application of rotational and/or axial impacts to the bearing mandrel, and thus to a drill bit connected to the bearing mandrel.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 2016Date of Patent: March 17, 2020Assignee: Dreco Energy Services ULCInventors: Mark Sheehan, Jonathan Prill
