Abstract: Described herein is a method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for monitoring transaction data for a user in a proactive and reactive mode for a detecting of a booking of a flight by the user in the transaction data, parsing flight detail parameters of the booking, and inputting parameters into a prediction model, such that if the likelihood of the flight being oversold exceeds a certain threshold, the user may be notified that the flight may be oversold.

Abstract: The e-vaping device includes a first section with a housing, an inner tube within the housing, a reservoir configured to contain a liquid material, a heater and wick in communication with the reservoir and the inner tube and a first threaded connector at an end of the first section. The first threaded connector has first threads with a non-standard pitch. A second section includes a power supply and a second threaded connector at an end of the second section. The second threaded connector has second threads configured to mate with the non-standard pitch of the first threads. Values of nominal dimensions of the first and second threads, other than the non-standard pitch of the first and second threads, are standard nominal thread dimensions.

Abstract: In one aspect, a computer implemented method is provided for the provision, on a computing apparatus, of a user interface configured via a portal to permit a merchant to define an offer campaign. The offer has a plurality of milestones required to be met in order to provide a benefit to a user. The computing apparatus may be further configured to associate the offer with a user, detect the progress of the user toward the milestone, and transmit a message to the user regarding the user's progress toward the milestone.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include a method, apparatus, and computer program product for generating a cross-sensor standardization model. For example, one disclosed embodiment includes a system that includes at least one processor; at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor and storing instructions that when executed by the at least one processor performs operations comprising selecting a representative sensor from a group of sensors comprising at least one of same primary optical elements and similar synthetic optical responses and calibrating a cross-sensor standardization model based on a matched data pair for each sensor in the group of sensors and for the representative sensor. In one embodiment, the at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor and storing instructions that when executed by the at least one processor performs operations further comprises generating the matched data pair, wherein the matched data pair comprises calibration input data and calibration output data.

Abstract: A control system can include a resettable chamber and a bidirectional valve. The bidirectional valve can be switchable between (i) a first configuration for enabling fluid flow from the control line into a first port of a well tool and from a second port of the well tool into the resettable chamber, and (ii) a second configuration for enabling fluid flow from the control line into the second port of the well tool and from the first port of the well tool into the resettable chamber. Abstract: A heat diffuser for use with an electrically-operated aerosol-generating device is configured to be removably coupled to the aerosol-generating device. The heat diffuser includes a non-combustible porous body configured to absorb heat from an electric heating element. The porous body is formed from a heat storage material such that, in use, air drawn through the porous body is heated by the heat absorbed by and stored in the porous body. One or more lateral blades extend laterally from the central shaft, and each lateral blade including a geared end positioned adjacent the central shaft and a distal end opposite the geared end. Each lateral blade provides a blade gear at the geared end. Abstract: A sleeve on a downhole work string or a completion string may be actuated without movement of the work string, by positioning the work string within the completion string such that a sleeve positioned in a recess on a surface the work string or the completion string, in combination with surfaces of the work string and the completion string define a chamber on a side of the sleeve. A fluid may be pumped from a fluid source through a fluid passageway in the work string to the chamber for forcing the sleeve to actuate from an open position to a closed position or vice versa. Abstract: The disclosure provides a compound of the formula (II) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The variables, e.g. n, R, R3, R10, X, Y, and Z are defined herein. These compounds act as lactate dehydrogenase inhibitors and are useful for treating cancer and fibrosis. The compounds may be particularly useful for treating forms of cancer in which a metabolic switch from oxidative phosphorylation to glycolysis has occurred. The disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions containing a compound of this formula and method for treating patients having cancer, fibrosis, or other conditions in which a metabolic switch from oxidative phosphorylation to glycolysis has occurred.

Abstract: Described are improved processes for production and purification of nucleic acid-containing compositions, such as non-naturally occurring viruses, for example, recombinant polioviruses that can be employed as oncolytic agents. Some of the described improved processes relate to improved processes for producing viral DNA template. Also described are improved processes for chromatography purification of nucleic acid-containing compositions, in which the nucleic acid is quantified in chromatography fractions using a rapid detection method of the one or more nucleic acid sequences of the nucleic acid-containing composition, such as detection by real time RT-qPCR. In addition, improved processes for production and purification of oncolytic poliovirus, such as PVS-RIPO, are described. Compositions generated using these methods are also provided.
