Abstract: Augmented reality (AR) based component replacement and maintenance may include receiving a first wireless signal from a pair of AR glasses worn by a user. An image of a component viewed by the user may be analyzed and compared to a plurality of images of components stored in a database that includes information associated with the plurality of images of the components. Based on a match of the image of the component viewed by the user to one of the plurality of images of the components stored in the database, the component viewed by the user may be identified. An inventory of the identified component may be analyzed to determine whether a supplier includes the identified component in stock, and in response to a determination that the supplier includes the identified component in stock, an estimated time of delivery of the identified component to the user may be determined.
Abstract: An improved system detects an environmental anomaly in a shipping container and initiates a mediation response through a generated layered alert notification. The system includes sensor-based ID nodes associated with packages within the container, and a command node mounted to the container communicating with the ID nodes and an external transceiver on a vehicle transporting the container.
Abstract: A method for detecting occupant position change on a support surface includes establishing a rate of change of pressure in a head end test zone and in a foot end test zone, comparing the head end rate to at least one head end rate limit, comparing the foot end rate to at least one foot end rate limit, and inferring, in response to the comparing steps, whether or not occupant migration has occurred. An associated occupant support includes a frame and a mattress. The mattress includes head and foot zones each having at least one pressurizable bladder. The support also includes a controller adapted to compare a head end rate of pressure change to a head end rate limit, to compare a foot end rate of pressure change to a foot end rate limit, and to infer, in response to the comparing steps, whether or not occupant migration has occurred.

Abstract: Dual vial adapter assemblage for use with a drug vial and a liquid vial and including a vented drug vial adapter and a vented liquid vial adapter such that simultaneous venting of the liquid vial and the drug vial assists gravitational flow of liquid contents from the liquid vial into the drug vial for forming liquid drug therein.
Abstract: Methods of providing building performance data include receiving building performance data from multiple different building performance data sources each comprising one of multiple different system programming languages and configured to provide building performance data at different time intervals, aggregating the received building performance data from the different building performance data sources into a single data stream, generating graphical data that represents data in the single data stream and providing the data in the single data stream and/or the graphical data to be displayed data to a user.
Abstract: A superheater truck comprises a shell, a heat source, a heat exchanger, at least two flame arrestors, a plurality of parallel rows of fins, and a plurality of corrugated fins disposed between the parallel rows of fins. The heat source is within the shell and comprises at least one inlet vent and at least one outlet vent. The heat exchanger is within the shell and is configured to exchange heat received from the heat source and a fluid within the heat exchanger. A first one of the at least two flame arrestors is at the inlet vent, and a second one of the at least two flame arrestors is at the outlet vent.
Abstract: Systems and methods for the automated execution of batch job workflows are provided. The system may generate a batch job workflow having one or more jobs with each job having one or more tasks. The system may retrieve scheduler data corresponding to each task and indicating job dependencies, task dependencies, and technology wrappers needed to execute each task. The system may generate a task schedule based on the scheduler data. The system may execute each task in accordance with the scheduler data by transmitting each task to a wrapper environment to invoke a technology wrapper. The technology wrapper may enable each task to be executed across systems of varying technologies.

Abstract: Method and system for automatic chromosome classification is disclosed. The system, alternatively referred as a Residual Convolutional Recurrent Attention Neural Network (Res-CRANN), utilizes property of band sequence of chromosome bands for chromosome classification. The Res-CRANN is end-to-end trainable system, in which a sequence of feature vectors are extracted from the feature maps produced by convolutional layers of a Residual neural networks (ResNet), wherein the feature vectors correspond to visual features representing chromosome bands in an chromosome image. The sequence feature vectors are fed into Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) augmented with an attention mechanism. The RNN learns the sequence of feature vectors and the attention module concentrates on a plurality of Regions-of-interest (ROIs) of the sequence of feature vectors, wherein the ROIs are specific to a class label of chromosomes.
Abstract: Systems and techniques for supporting a veterinary practice are provided. Further, systems and techniques for the collection and display of animal wellness information are provided. Animal wellness data relating to a single animal patient or group of animal patients are collected and subsequently displayed at a desired remote location or on a mobile device so that a veterinarian can review the information.
Abstract: An aerosol-generating system may include a cartridge, a vaporiser section configured to receive the cartridge, and a power supply section configured to supply electrical power to the vaporiser section. The cartridge may include a cartridge housing containing a solid aerosol-forming substrate and defining a cartridge air inlet that extends through a wall portion of the cartridge housing. The vaporiser section may include a vaporiser housing containing an electric heater and a liquid aerosol-forming substrate and defining a vaporiser air outlet that extends through a wall portion of the vaporiser housing. The cartridge wall portion is configured to abut the vaporiser wall portion when the cartridge is received within the vaporiser section. The cartridge configured to be rotatable with respect to the vaporiser section to vary the amount of overlap between the cartridge air inlet and the vaporiser air outlet.
Abstract: The disclosure relates generally to estimating lifetime values, and more particularly to estimating Prospect Lifetime Values (PLTVs) for prospective customers for an organization. In one example, for estimating PLTV for a prospective customer, a distance of the prospective customer from each of existing customers of the organization is computed using existing customer data and prospective customer data. The existing customer data includes at least one of existing customer demographic variables and existing customer profile variables. Further, the prospective customer data includes at least one of prospective customer demographic variables and prospective customer profile variables. Subsequently, for the prospective customer, a pre-defined number of existing customers are determined from amongst the plurality of existing customers based on the distance. Thereafter, PLTV for the prospective customer is estimated using an average of Customer Lifetime Values (CLTVs) for the determined existing customers.
