Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, collecting performance information for a plurality of user equipment (UE) devices and a base station in a radio communication network, determining that one or more UE devices experience a synchronization failure attempting to connect to a base station, determining to temporarily boost transmit power of a synchronization signal block by the base station to facilitate synchronization, determining a boosted power level of the transmit power of the synchronization signal block to minimize disruption to UE devices in an overlapping area between a first cell coverage area of the base station and a second cell coverage area of an adjacent base station, transmitting the synchronization signal block by the base station at the boosted power level for reception by the UE devices, and connecting one or more UE devices to the base station. Abstract: A method for displaying a superimposition of a second dental model on a first dental model of a patient's dentition, obtains a first 3D model of the patient's dentition and a segmentation of the first 3D model. A second 3D model of the patient's dentition and a segmentation of the second 3D model are obtained. A selected tooth is identified from the segmented teeth of the first and second 3D models. A post-treatment target position for the selected tooth of the first 3D model is determined according to a movement indication calculated for the selected tooth. The second 3D model is registered to the first 3D model based on the target position of the at least one selected tooth. An imposition of the second 3D model onto the first 3D model of the patient dentition is displayed.

Abstract: A system and method for changing the exterior color of a vehicle is disclosed. The system includes a vehicle with a color change system integrated into the vehicle body of the vehicle. The color change system can change the color of a portion of the vehicle body in response to commands from a color change module running on a computing system within the vehicle. The color change module can detect information about the vehicle's environment to determine an appropriate target exterior vehicle color that contrasts substantially with the vehicle's environment.

Abstract: Systems and methods for clustering data are disclosed. For example, a system may include one or more memory units storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may include receiving, from a first client device, a classification data associated with a classification model and receiving feature data corresponding to the classification model output. The operations may include training a meta-model to predict the classification data based on the feature data and/or additional data associated with the classification data such as location data or environmental data. The operations may include generating a meta-model output based on the classification data, the feature data, and/or the additional data. The operations may include updating the classification model based on the meta-model output and transmitting the updated classification model to at least one of the first client device or a second client device.

The backend system may execute a call on a website of the decisioning service. The backend system may receive the product information from the button. The backend system may generate the website within the third-party domain, including a request for information about the user, in response to executing the call to the website. The backend system may transmit a request for generating prequalification result for the product to the decisioning service. The backend system may receive the prequalification result from the decisioning service.

Abstract: An activation assembly for activating a release mechanism of a drive for a patient support apparatus includes a pivot pin, a bracket, bias member, and handle pivotable about the pivot pin. Force applied to the handle results in movement of the bracket, bias member, and handle about the pivot pin when the force is sufficient to overcome the bias of the bias member. Movement of the bracket results in the motion being transferred to the release mechanism.

Abstract: Embodiments of immunogens based on the outer domain of HIV-1 gp120 and methods of their use and production are disclosed. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the immunogens are also provided. In several embodiments, the immunogens can be used to prime an immune response to gp120 in a subject, for example, to treat or prevent an HIV-1 infection in the subject.

Abstract: The present invention provides for novel methods for regulating and detecting the cytosine methylation status of DNA. The invention is based upon identification of a novel and surprising catalytic activity for the family of TET proteins, namely TET1, TET2, TET3, and CXXC4. The novel activity is related to the enzymes being capable of converting the cytosine nucleotide 5-methylcytosine into 5-hydroxymethylcytosine by hydroxylation.

Abstract: Multispectral laser speckle analysis techniques have been widely used for applications such as the analysis of seed qualities, detection of fungal infections in fresh produce, estimation of blood flow velocities, and the like. However, the conventional methods fail to address color bias in images which is a major concern in terms of accuracy in applications like activity prediction. and the present disclosure provides a novel image processing algorithm which performs activity prediction without any color bias. Here, an RGB input image is segmented, and mask is generated. Distance based clustering is performed on the masked image to obtain cluster map. Simultaneously, color coded activity map is generated for each color component of the image. Further, the color coded activity map is multiplied with cluster contrast values and thereby an optimal color coded activity region is selected for activity map generation.

Abstract: Systems and methods for implementing a digital container. In some embodiments, the system determines whether an access code to refresh access provisions for a user with respect to a digital asset was received within a period of time. Based on determining that the access code was not received within the period of time, the system executes one or more modification processes to render at least a portion of the digital asset inaccessible. Subsequent to the period of time elapsing, the system receives the access code to refresh the access provisions for the user with respect to the digital asset. Based on receiving the access code, the system executes one or more restoration processes to reverse the one or more modification processes, thereby restoring the access provisions for the user with respect to the digital asset.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for authorizing age-restricted interactions. A first request may be received at an interaction authorization system from a computing device based on the computing device detecting (1) an age restriction associated with an interaction and (2) a certification mechanism for age validation associated with an account. The first request may include an account identifier, where the account is identified from a data store using the identifier to receive an age identifier of the account holder stored in association with the account. A first message including the age identifier may be generated and provided to the computing device for use in determining the account holder's age meets the age restriction. Based on the determination, a second request may be received at the interaction authorization system from the computing device to approve the interaction, and a responsive second message indicating an interaction approval may be generated and provided.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing a virtual card token to facilitate Real-Time Payment (RTP) network transactions. An account management system may facilitate RTP transactions with consumer bank accounts using the virtual card token. After providing the virtual card token to a user device, the user device may present the virtual card token to a merchant system to conduct a transaction. The virtual card token may operate with existing merchant systems and/or point-of-sale (POS) terminals. The merchant system may provide the virtual card token to the account management system for transaction approval. The account management system may select and retrieve funding from a particular bank account based on user-defined parameters. Upon retrieving funding from the particular bank account via the RTP network, the account management system may approve the transaction and/or provide payment to the merchant system.

Abstract: Drug induced gene expression provides information covering various aspects of drug discovery and development. Recent advances in accessibility of open-source drug-induced transcriptomic data along with ability of deep learning algorithms to understand hidden patterns have opened opportunity for designing drug molecules based on desired gene expression signatures. Embodiments herein provide method and system for cell specific model where gene expressions are processed via pretrained Simplified Molecular Input Line Entry System (SMILES) variational autoencoder (s-VAE) to produce new molecules. The model is trained with drug and drug induced gene expression data as input. Both pretrained s-VAE and profile variational autoencoder (p-VAE) are trained jointly. During joint training, difference between newly generated molecules and existing drug molecules is calculated as joint loss function composed of binary cross entropy loss and Kullback-Leibler divergence loss.

Abstract: An equipment housing assembly removably securable to a hi-rail vehicle operable to advance along first and second rails of a railroad track includes a housing that houses and/or supports at least one rail sensor. The at least one rail sensor is operable to sense at least one property of at least one of the first and second rails as the hi-rail vehicle advances along the first and second rails. The at least one rail sensor is advanceable from a retracted configuration relative to the equipment housing to a deployed configuration relative to the equipment housing to sense the at least one property of at least one of the first and second rails. A power distribution system is removably and electrically connectable to a power source in the hi-rail vehicle. A control system is communicatively coupled the at least one sensor to control operation thereof and communicate sensor data therefrom.
