Abstract: A mechanical clutch allows for transfer of torque downhole that may avoid the need for a hydraulic electrical coil-driven piston. In one or more examples, an anti-rotation guide for a downhole clutch includes a guide track and a follower moveable along the guide track for guiding relative movement between an upper armature and a lower armature. The guide track includes an axially-extending portion terminating in a circumferential loop. The axially extending portion guides the upper armature into axial engagement with the lower armature in response to rotation of the input shaft. The circumferential loop thereafter allows rotation of the upper and lower armatures together in response to further rotation of the input shaft.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a focal awareness system that includes processors and memory storing instructions. The instructions may cause the processors to generate a graphical user interface (GUI) configured to present an online meeting window on a display during an online meeting, identify a location of a camera with respect to the display, and position the online meeting window on the display based on the location of the camera. instructions may also cause the processors to identify a position of a video window within the online meeting window, identify a respective location of each camera of a matrix of cameras with respect to the position of the video window, determine a closest camera having a shortest distance with respect to the position of the video window based on the respective location of each camera of the matrix of cameras, and activate the closest camera.

Abstract: A sealing element for wellbore operations can include an energizing end with a sloped surface and a perpendicular surface, a stationary end with a sloped surface and a perpendicular surface, and an engagement surface located between the energizing end and the stationary end. An energizing sleeve can include a sloped surface that engages with and moves along the sloped surface of the energizing end to cause the engagement surface to engage with the inside of a tool housing, casing, or tubing string to create a seal. A stationary tool component can about the stationary end, so the sealing element is energized. The sealing element can be used in a packer assembly, as an anchoring device, in lieu of O-rings, to allow opening or closing of flow ports, or in other downhole tools.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for automatically detecting and authorizing recurring transactions are described. Transaction data comprising transaction details for an incoming charge associated with a merchant may be received. Based on the merchant being included in a blocked merchants list, determining that authorization of incoming charges for preauthorized recurring transactions associated with the merchant are blocked. Based on a machine learning model and the transaction data, a probability that the incoming charge for the merchant is a preauthorized recurring transaction may be determined. The machine learning model may be configured to identify preauthorized recurring transactions based on the transaction data. Furthermore, based on the probability not exceeding a threshold probability, the authorization of the incoming charge may be prevented from being blocked.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for performing a sealing operation. A sealing element is introduced into a wellbore having a temperature. The sealing element comprises a material having a positive coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), and a material having a negative CTE. The sealing element is expanded to contact an adjacent surface. The material having a negative CTE expands when the wellbore temperature is decreasing and the expansion of the negative CTE material maintains contact of the sealing element with the adjacent surface while the wellbore temperature is decreasing.

Abstract: Research work in the literature on imputation of mobility data for missing records of a subject's location trajectory has been specifically revolved around usage of historical data. Thus, performances drop when missing records or imputation mobility data for unknown subject with very little or no historical data has to be predicted. A method and system for training an ensemble classifier for imputation of mobility data of unknown subject based on cohort of the unknown subject is disclosed. The method and system disclosed herein exploits the knowledge that semantic trajectories of different individuals has considerable similarity when individuals belong to the same cohort. This concept is used by the method to predict the behavior of all the individuals in a cohort using ensemble classifier, also referred to as imputation model, trained on the semantic location data of a fraction of total individuals in the cohort with a certain accuracy.
