Abstract: A brassiere closure for full figured brassieres or orthopedic use includes an easily operable engagement of a single large loop and hook. The loop is positionable into an open position in which the hook may readily engage the loop. When pressure is applied to the loop, the loop assumes a closed position, thereby connecting the two wings of the brassiere. In an embodiment, the loop has a D-shaped ring which is hinged to a base, and the hook is ovate and self-centering. In another embodiment, an integral double spring serves to bias the loop in an open position. In another embodiment, secondary magnetic fasteners are used for additional strength and to assist in aligning the loop and the hook. The size and novel features of the closure make it easily operable, even when located behind the wearer's back.

Abstract: Triggered content can be broadcast, streamed, displayed, or otherwise presented to consumers in response to identifying triggering content in a media programming log, or through analysis of content that is currently being, or has recently been, broadcast to identify topics or events of interest to an advertiser or broadcaster. Triggered content, which is related to the triggering content, can be provided to consumers via one or more different media platforms. Insertion points for the triggered content can be determined, at least in part, based on a proximity of the triggering content to an available insertion point, such as a commercial set. Previously scheduled content can be bumped in favor of triggered content, such as an ad-song advertisement that includes at least part of an ad song. A traffic system is notified if previously scheduled spots are bumped in favor of triggered content.

Abstract: A tool for unseizing and/or lubricating a valve having a protruding valve stein on an exterior periphery. The tool possesses a hollow tubular member, having at one end thereof an open, hollow, cylindrical flexible member adapted to be placed over and contain therewithin a portion of the valve stem. A circumferential tightening member, encircling one end of the flexible member, is provided, to permit the flexible member to sealingly engage the valve stem about the outer periphery thereof when the flexible member is placed over the valve stem. The tool further possesses a fluid inlet port, situated along a length of the tubular member, in fluid communication with an interior of the tubular member, and a pressurized fluid inlet port likewise in fluid communication with the interior of the tool. A method for un-seizing and/or lubricating such valve, making use of the above tool, is further disclosed and claimed.

Abstract: Regulatory B cells (tBreg) are disclosed herein. These regulatory B cells express CD25 (CD25+) a pan B cell marker such as B220 (B220+), and also express CD19 (CD19+). These regulatory B cells suppress resting and activated T cells in cell contact-dependent manner. Methods for generating these regulatory B cells are also disclosed herein, as are methods for using these regulatory B cells to produce regulatory T cells (Treg). In some embodiments, methods for treating an immune-mediated disorder, such as an autoimmune disease, transplant rejection, graft-versus-host disease or inflammation, are disclosed. These methods include increasing regulatory B cell number or activity and/or by administering autologous regulatory B cells. Methods for treating cancer are also disclosed herein. These methods include decreasing regulatory B cell activity and/or number.

Abstract: A method for increasing similarity between a base seismic survey and a monitor seismic survey of a same surveyed subsurface during a 4-dimensional (4D) project. The method includes receiving first seismic data associated with the base seismic survey; receiving second seismic data associated with the monitor seismic survey, wherein the monitor seismic survey is performed later in time than the base seismic survey; migrating the first and second seismic data to an image-domain; and calculating, with a processor, a set of decimating weights based on the migrated first and second seismic data in the image-domain, to maximize a similarity between the first seismic data and the second seismic data.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing personalized content recommendation and content availability to a user are described. In one implementation, the described methods are implemented in the systems, where the method includes gathering content metadata based on user specific parameters, where the content metadata is content specific. The method also includes determining a primary content metadata from the gathered content metadata based and activity parameters. Further, the method includes rating the primary content metadata based on content rating parameter. Content availability information for the content associated with a secondary content metadata is also ascertained. The method moreover also includes providing the secondary content metadata with the content availability information to the user.

Abstract: A charging circuit is used to charge a rechargeable battery. The charging circuit includes a voltage conversion unit and a leakage prevention unit. The voltage conversion unit converts a voltage of a power supply into a charging voltage of the rechargeable battery, and outputs the charging voltage to the leakage prevention unit. When the leakage prevention unit receives the charging voltage, the leakage prevention unit charges the rechargeable battery with the charging voltage. When the leakage prevention unit does not receive the charging voltage, the leakage prevention unit prevents a leakage of the rechargeable battery.

The memory may further store machine readable instructions to track movement of the one or more detected faces in the area monitored by the image capture device, and based on the one or more tracked detected faces, select one or more images from the captured images to be used for identifying the one or more tracked detected faces. The memory may further store machine readable instructions to select one or more fusion techniques to identify the one or more tracked detected faces using the one or more selected images. Abstract: An insert for perforating a subterranean formation sealingly engages a port in a production casing run into a wellbore intersecting the formation. The insert has a core where in a first mode it prevents fluid passage through the insert, and a second mode where the core disengages from the insert upon a treatment fluid reaching a threshold pressure in the casing, and ejects from the insert as a projectile to initiate and contribute to the fracture and stimulation of the formation by the pressurized treatment fluid exiting the port. The insert has a chamber which is filled with a gel that prevents wellbore cement from setting and is covered by a perforated debris shield that permits the equalization of pressure between the chamber and the annulus between the casing and wellbore.
