Abstract: An assembly comprises a tubular housing having a bore therethrough and at least one stimulation port therein to communicate fluid from the bore to outside the tubular housing and a sleeve axially movable in the tubular housing. The sleeve comprises a first baffle and a second baffle. The sleeve is initially in a first closed position, wherein the sleeve is to axially move from the first closed position to an open position in response to the first baffle receiving a first object therein, wherein the at least one stimulation port is open in the open position. The sleeve is to axially move from the open position to a second closed position in response to the second baffle receiving a second object received therein, wherein the second object is larger than the first object, where the at least one stimulation port is closed in the second closed position.

Abstract: Traditional systems that enable extracting information from Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) lack accuracy due to existing noise in the images or require a significant volume of annotated symbols for training if deep learning models that provide good accuracy are utilized. Conventional few-shot/one-shot learning approaches require a significant number of training tasks for meta-training prior. The present disclosure provides a method and system that utilizes the one-shot learning approach that enables symbol recognition using a single instance per symbol class which is represented as a graph with points (pixels) sampled along the boundaries of different symbols present in the P&ID and subsequently, utilizes a Graph Convolutional Neural Network (GCNN) or a GCNN appended to a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for symbol classification. Accordingly, given a clean symbol image for each symbol class, all instances of the symbol class may be recognized from noisy and crowded P&IDs.

Abstract: An expandable, hardening seal for downhole use in a wellbore includes a heat-hardening material and a heat-stable material. The heat-hardening material has a stiffness that increases after exposure to a downhole temperature and the heat-stable material has a stiffness that does not increase or increases to a lesser degree than that the heat-hardening material at the downhole temperature.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a mold for a downhole tool or component thereof. The mold includes a grain material, a sodium silicate and carbon dioxide reaction product, and between 0.1% and 10% graphite by weight, inclusive, graphite. The disclosure further provides a method of forming a mold for a downhole tool or component thereof by filling a mold housing with graphite/sodium silicate/grain material mixture including between 0.1% and 10% graphite by weight, inclusive and shaping the mixture into a pre-mold having the same shape as the mold to be formed, and subjecting the pre-mold to an atmosphere having elevated amounts of carbon dioxide as compared to ambient air for a time sufficient to allow the sodium silicate to react with the carbon dioxide to form sufficient reaction products to bind the other pre-mold components and solidify a mold.

Abstract: Methods for updating an application programming interface (API) field of a transaction message may include receiving, with at least one processor, a payment transaction message, wherein the payment transaction message comprises data associated with a payment transaction; determining, with at least one processor, one or more API fields of the payment transaction message based on the data associated with the payment transaction; and modifying, with at least one processor, one or more API fields of the payment transaction message. Methods may also include transmitting, with at least one processor, a modified payment transaction message based on modifying the one or more API fields of the payment transaction message. Systems and computer program products are also disclosed.

Abstract: Plant health estimation is required to be performed so as to detect any health issues in early stages, so as to take counter measures. Existing systems for the plant health estimation perform the health estimation by considering data obtained from satellite images of the plants being monitored. However this alone may not be much effective as the satellite images fail to provide information on many parameters which have direct or indirect impact on health of the plants. Disclosed herein are a method and a system for plant health estimation, wherein the system performs health estimation at a macro level and a micro level. The macro level health estimation is done using satellite images of the plants as inputs, whereas the micro level health estimation is done by collecting and processing sensor data with respect to various parameters that affect health of a plant.

Abstract: A pre-disaster banking system including a mobile conditions monitoring center including a vehicle having a system controller including: a device processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium including instructions to perform the following steps: receiving location data from a personal electronic device of a user; receiving forecast data regarding a predicted disaster; making a first determination, based on the received location data and the received forecast data, that the personal electronic device is located in an area that is expected to be affected by the predicted disaster; receiving banking information for the user; making a second determination that the user is scheduled to receive a payroll deposit that could be affected by the predicted disaster; and determining, based on the first determination and the second determination, a banking transaction to be executed for the user at a predetermined time relative to the predicted time of occurrence of the predicted disaster.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing rewards to a user are provided. Providing rewards to the user may include receiving transaction data associated with a user's purchase, determining a merchant and a category associated with the transaction data, and assigning the transaction data to a merchant icon or a badge icon in a graphical user interface. The merchant icon or the badge icon may comprise a progress bar that indicates the user's progress in reaching a milestone associated with the icon. Based on the transaction data, a number of loyalty points of a number of transaction points may be assigned to the merchant icon or the badge icon, respectively. Further, based on whether a total number of loyalty points exceeds a first threshold or a total number of transaction points exceeds a second threshold, a reward may be generated to the user when the first or second threshold is exceeded.

The resource access system can train, store, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models that learn to output a trust score associated with a resource access request, the trust score relating to the request's legitimacy. A resource access system can receive a request for a resource from a requesting entity. The resource access system can determine an entity profile using request data in the request. The resource access system can request data from the request to determine whether the request is normal or anomalous. Using a policy engine, the resource access system can determine a resource access policy, such as allowing or denying access to the resource.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention provide methods, apparatus, systems, computing devices, computing entities, and/or the like for performing predictive mapping operations with respect to a ground-truth database table. Certain embodiments of the present invention utilize systems, methods, and computer program products that perform predictive mapping operations utilizing a hierarchical string matching machine learning framework using at least one or more of an exact match model, a probabilistic match model, a disjoint match model, and an embedding-based match model.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject technology relate to systems and methods for packing nuclear magnetic resonance (“NMR”) antennas for an NMR sensor. Specifically, a magnetic shielding layer of the NMR sensor can be formed in a first concentric layer about a mandrel of a downhole tool. A first antenna of a plurality of antennas of the NMR sensor can be formed in a second concentric layer on top of the first concentric layer through an automated machining process. Further, a second antenna of the plurality of the antennas of the NMR sensor can be formed in a third concentric layer on top of the second concentric layer through the automated machining process.

Abstract: Machine classifiers in accordance with embodiments of the invention capture long-term temporal dependencies in particular tasks, such as turn-based dialogues. Machine classifiers may be used to help users to perform tasks indicated by the user. When a user utterance is received, natural language processing techniques may be used to understand the user's intent. Templates may be determined based on the user's intent in the generation of responses to solicit information from the user. A variety of persona attributes may be determined for a user. The persona attributes may be determined based on the user's utterances and/or provided as metadata included with the user's utterances. A response persona may be used to generate responses to the user's utterances such that the generated responses match a tone appropriate to the task. A response persona may be used to generate templates to solicit additional information and/or generate responses appropriate to the task.

Abstract: A system includes a controlled acoustic source. The system also includes distributed acoustic sensors along a conduit. The distributed acoustic sensors obtain acoustic signal measurements as a function of position along the conduit in response to at least one acoustic signal provided by the controlled acoustic source. The system also includes a processing unit that generates an acoustic activity plot or report based on the acoustic signal measurements. The acoustic activity plot or report is used to identify at least one acoustic impedance boundary anomaly as a function of position along the conduit.

Abstract: A cartridge for an e-vaping device enables simultaneous vaporization of different pre-vapor formulations to form a vapor for vaping by an adult vaper. The cartridge includes a dispensing interface coupled to a plurality of reservoirs and a heater coupled to the dispensing interface in a housing. The dispensing interface may include a trunk and separate roots extending into separate reservoirs, such that the dispensing interface draws different pre-vapor formulations from the reservoirs to the trunk via the separate roots. The heater is coupled to the trunk, such that the heater is operable to simultaneously vaporize the different pre-vapor formulations drawn into the trunk.

The embodiments hereof enable automated and/or semi-automated loading, shifting, organizing, staging, and accessing of objects in different environments, e.g., those associated with a logistics network operation. For example, one such environment is a vehicle. In one aspect, a loading mechanism is used to load objects into a storage space of the vehicle. In another aspect, a shifting mechanism is used to shift objects in a storage space of the vehicle. In another aspect, a door assembly allows for automated opening and closing of a door into a storage space of a vehicle. In addition, methods of manufacturing and using the same are provided.
