Abstract: A software engine has a base system in communication with service subsystems and test subsystems. The base system, the service subsystems, and the test subsystems are software applications that exchange data with one another while operating within the software engine. In one exemplary mode of operation, the base system receives outputs from the service subsystems. In another exemplary mode of operation, the base system receives outputs from the test subsystems that simulate the outputs generated by the service subsystems. An exemplary method of testing the software engine is also provided. Specifically, the illustrative method includes receiving an output during a service mode, switching from the service mode to a testing mode, and receiving the simulated output during the testing mode. The method steps may be performed by a computer executing instructions stored on a computer-readable medium.

Abstract: An educational simulator for transesophageal echocardiography device, which includes a human phantom patterned after a human upper body having a neck, an esophagus and a stomach which communicate with each other, and a heart, a dummy probe which is patterned after a genuine ultrasonic probe and of which the tip is embedded with a magnet, a sensor which detects the insertion length and rotation angle of the dummy probe and is placed in the said neck, magnetic sensors which sense the magnetism of the said magnet, a three-dimensional image data archive which stores three-dimensional image data of echocardiography, a CPU which calculates the position, inclination and direction of the dummy probe on the basis of information from each said sensor and clips tomographic image data from the three-dimensional image data on the basis of the calculation, and a display section which shows the clipped tomographic image data as two-dimensional images.

The sacrificial server is then checked for virus activity. After the execution is completed, the sacrificial server is rebooted.

The assignment server is configured to locate a group of vendor facilities from the plurality of vendor facilities that are within a predetermined range of a location associated with the initiated communication.
