  • Patent number: 12020329
Abstract: A method may include receiving, via a processor, an indication that a vehicle is in use, determining that a user of the vehicle is expected to perform an online-platform task, and determining one or more routes to perform the online-platform task. The method may further include determining one or more insurance rates for the one or more routes based on a type of the online-platform task, one or more driving characteristics associated with the user, the one or more routes, or any combination thereof. Additionally, the method may include displaying a visualization indicative of the one or more insurance rates via an electronic display. Furthermore, the method may include receiving a selection of a first insurance rate of the one or more insurance rates that corresponds to a first route of the one or more routes, detecting that the vehicle is deviating from the first route, and adjusting the first insurance rate in response to detecting that the vehicle is deviating from the first route.

  • Patent number: 12019551
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems and methods for utilizing a multi-tiered caching architecture in a multi-tenant caching system. A portion of the in-memory cache may be allocated as dedicated shares (e.g., dedicated allocations) that are each dedicated to a particular tenant, while another portion of the in-memory cache (e.g., a shared allocation) can be shared by all tenants in the system. When a threshold period of time has elapsed since data stored in a dedicated allocation has last been accessed, the data may be migrated to the shared allocation. If data is accessed from the shared allocation, it may be migrated back to the dedicated allocation Utilizing the techniques for providing a multi-tiered approach to a multi-tenant caching system can increase performance and decrease latency with respect to conventional caching systems.

  • Patent number: 12022026
Abstract: A system and method for allowing a single live customer service agent to simultaneously serve multiple customers. According to various embodiments, a virtual agent operates at the front end to receive and attempt to handle customer issues. The virtual agent employs speech recognition and intent mapping in order to generate a proposed response that attempts to identify and resolve customer issues. In some scenarios, the proposed response includes both a response message and a response action to be taken. A chat history and the proposed response is then provided to the live agent. The live agent reviews the information provided, and determines whether the proposed response is appropriate. The live agent then approves the response or revises or replaces the response. The final response is sent back to the virtual agent for processing and providing to the customer.
