Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to system and method for molecular property prediction. The disclosed method includes mapping node embeddings of a molecular graph to a graph-level embedding characterizing the molecular graph. The graph level representation is acquired by pooling characteristics of hidden states of the nodes in the molecular graph by performing an iterative content based attention in a plurality of iterations. The content based attention is performed by considering an edge information fused transformed hidden state vector of the nodes of the molecular graph. The graph level embedding is fed through the linear projection to predict the molecular properties of the molecular graphs.

Abstract: Disclosed are a system, apparatus and techniques for evaluating a dataset to confirm that the data in the dataset satisfies a data quality metric. A machine learning engine or the like may evaluate text strings within the dataset may be of arbitrary length and encoded according to an encoding standard. Data vectors of a preset length may be generated from the evaluated text strings using various techniques. Each data vector may be representative of the content of the text string and a category may be assigned to the respective data vector. The category assigned to each data vectors may be evaluated with respect to other data vectors in the dataset to determine compliance with a quality metric. In the case that a number of data vectors fail to meet a predetermined quality metric, an alert may be generated to mitigate any system errors that may result from unsatisfactory data quality.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to method and system to monitor and control continuous ultrafiltration (UF) process units. In real time, continuous operation of UF to handle variating concentration in feed stream is tedious and complex. The UF plant system receives a plurality of input data configured to UF process units and from the real time data outliers are removed and missing values are imputed. The prediction module predicts a volumetric concentration factor (VCF) value and a throughput value by selecting a model from a model repository. The optimization module optimizes the VCF value, and the throughput value based on a plurality of optimal variables recommended for a given feed concentration. The UF plant system controls the VCF value and the throughput value for a predefined period of a prediction horizon based on a plurality of trajectory profiles recommended for the feed flow rate, the pressure data, and a feed concentration.

A rotary tool may be a rotary cutting tool, such as a drill bit or reamer, or some other rotary tool (e.g. stabilizer or rotary steerable tool) that has the potential to drag on the wall of the hole being drilled and take energy away from cutting. In an example, a wellbore or portion thereof is formed by rotating a first rotary cutting tool having a first cutting structure in engagement with one portion of the formation together with a second rotary cutting tool having a second cutting structure in engagement with another portion of the formation. Forces are obtained above and below the second cutting structure. One or more drilling parameter or drill bit design parameter are adjusted in relation to a force differential between the forces above and below the second cutting structure.
