Abstract: Techniques to improve operation of an augmented reality device and/or system utilizing fiducial markers and/or color space conversions are provided. In various embodiments, a color space of an object is altered based on a movement of the object in relation to an environment. The environment may include two or more segments with a distinct environment color space in relation to one another. The object may transition from one of the two or more environment segments into the other one of the two or more segments. The alteration is based on the transition from the color space of the one of the two or more environment segments into the other one of the two or more environment segments.

Abstract: A method for identity (ID) verification, including: acquiring one or more ID indications of at least one item using a hand held verifying device; automatically verifying by the verifying device a desired relation between the one or more acquired ID indications and stored verification data associated with the verifying device; physically marking the item using the verifying device with a verifying marking if the desired relation is automatically verified.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, by a first computer from a second computer, a stateless API request message comprising update value data, a consensus token, and a user identifier. The first computer determines whether or not the consensus token matches a previously stored consensus token. If the consensus token matches the previously stored consensus token, the first computer retrieves stored value data from a value data database based on the user identifier. The first computer then updates the stored value data with the update value data. The first computer generates an API response message comprising an indication of the update. The first computer transmits, to the second computer, the API response message.

Abstract: A sensor apparatus may include a channel structure configured to couple with an external element and a fluid conduit, such that the channel structure may receive a fluid, at least partially drawn through the external element from an ambient environment, and direct the fluid through the fluid conduit. A sensor may generate sensor data indicating a flow rate of the fluid through the fluid conduit based on monitoring a variation in a pressure at a location in hydrodynamic contact with the fluid conduit and in relation to an ambient pressure of the ambient environment. The sensor apparatus may enable generation of improved topography information associated with flows of fluid drawn from the external element based on measuring a local pressure at the location in hydrodynamic contact with the fluid conduit and determining the ambient pressure based on monitoring the local pressure over time.

Abstract: A downhole tool includes a receive antenna configured to receive a signal from a surrounding formation, and a receive amplifier proximate to and coupled to the receive antenna. The receive amplifier is configured to provide an amplified signal responsive to the signal received by the receive antenna. The downhole tool also includes an electronics carrier, including receive circuitry, coupled to the receive amplifier by a conductor. The electronics carrier is positioned axially away from the receive antenna and the receive amplifier, and the receive circuitry is configured to receive and process the amplified signal.

Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure include at least one processor that receives a data set of a data stream from a data source, where the data set includes a time-varying data points. The processor determines event observations associated with data points of the time-varying data points based on a detection model to identify types of the event observations, including: i) anomalies, ii) change-points, iii) patterns, or iv) outliers. The processor generates anomaly records in an event data store based on the event observations and automatically generates event records for at least one of the anomaly records based on variables of at least one dimension of the time-varying data points, where the event record links one or more event observations. The processor automatically applies changes in the event record to each event observation of the one or more event observations based on the linking by the event record.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for managing workload among server clusters is disclosed. According to certain embodiments, the system may include a memory storing instructions and a processor. The processor may be configured to execute the instructions to determine historical behaviors of the server clusters in processing a workload. The processor may also be configured to execute the instructions to construct cost models for the server clusters based at least in part on the historical behaviors. The cost model is configured to predict a processor utilization demand of a workload. The processor may further be configured to execute the instructions to receive a workload and determine efficiencies of processing the workload by the server clusters based at least in part on at least one of the cost models or an execution plan of the workload.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for centralized monitoring of connected devices within a network. The system includes multiple dashboard graphical user interfaces (“Dashboards”) that aggregate multiple monitoring platforms into a single interface. The Dashboards display a wide variety of critical system network monitoring metrics. The Dashboards are generated utilizing network monitoring data and metrics received from a virtual service engine platform deployed within a monitored network. The virtual service engine platform itself incorporates a multitude of monitoring software platforms and applications that capture a wide range of useful network monitoring metrics and data from the digital resources that comprise a monitored information technology network.

The cross-linked agar matrix is reinforced with carboxymethyl cellulose that is dispersed throughout the agar matrix so as to fill empty spaces in the agar matrix and inhibit the composition from passing through the empty spaces of the agar matrix.

The method may include receiving, with a payment gateway processor, a transaction request from a merchant system. The transaction request may include transaction data associated with a payment device of a user, the payment device being associated with an issuer system. The method may also include generating, with the payment gateway processor, an authentication request based on the transaction data. The method may further include communicating, with the payment gateway processor, the authentication request to the issuer system. An exemplary system may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform various operations. The operations may include receiving, from the user, a dispute request to dispute a charge to the payment account applied by the merchant. In response to the dispute request, the operations may include determining whether to block subsequent charges applied by the merchant to the payment account, based on a history of charging activities of the merchant. Responsive to a determination to block subsequent charges, the operations may include adding the merchant to a block-charge list associated with the payment account.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to methods, systems, and apparatuses that partitions searchable content and distributes the segments across a plurality of processing nodes, which in turn further sub-partitions the partitions for processing by local search actor in order to increase the speed with which a search request from a user is processed. Processing nodes available to receive partitioned searchable content are registered with an external storage device. The external storage device also maintains a global results collector that compiles results from the partitions of searchable content. Respective local collector actors receive compiled results from local search actors for a processing node and the compiled results are sent to the global results collector for compiling for the plurality of processing nodes. Results of the user search request are then provided to the user.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention relate to systems and methods for estimating validation time that use an estimation of the amount of data fulfilling a rule or a set of rules. This estimation method may be more accurate because it considers how much data will match the rule versus how much data can be discarded. The disclosed systems and methods give visibility into how much time a rule set validation will take and how long the computer system will be unavailable due to the rule set being evaluated. This allows users to make better decisions about whether and when a rule set should be evaluated, and/or whether and how to modify implementation of the rule set.
