  • Patent number: 11682093
Abstract: A device receives image data of a contractual document that includes an offer including terms of a proposed transaction, converts the image data to text data that identifies text within the contractual document, and receives preferences information for a recipient of the offer. The device identifies key terms within the contractual document by using term identification to analyze the text. The key terms may include a first key term that identifies subject matter of the proposed transaction and other key terms that are part of the offer. The device determines term scores that correspond to likelihoods of the other key terms being favorable to the recipient by using a data model to analyze the key terms and the preferences information. Abstract: A system for collecting data artifacts from a production environment, storing them, and replaying them in a testing environment is disclosed. One or more processors receive a data artifact from a sensor in a production environment, and store the data artifact in a first storage with a unique identifier, while also storing in a second storage record(s) associating the unique identifier with a tag. A clone of at least a portion of the production environment is created within the testing environment, and an analytic targeting the data artifact is incorporated into the clone. Upon receiving a request to replay the data artifact, referencing the tag associated with the data artifact's unique identifier, the data artifact is replayed by causing the clone to receive the data artifact as if it were presently encountered. • Patent number: 11682223
Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods, trained through machine learning, score a sentiment expressed in a document. Individual sentences are scored and then overall document sentiment score is computed based on scores of individual sentences. Sentence scores can be computed with machine learning models. Digital matrix generator can generate N×M matrix for each sentence, where the matrix comprises vectors of word embeddings for the individual words of the sentence. A classifier computes a sentence sentiment score for each sentence based on the digital matrix for the sentence. Sentence sentiment scores computed by classifier can be adjusted based on a fuzzy matching of a phrase(s) in the sentence to key phrases in a lexicon that are labeled with a sentiment relevant to the context.

  • Patent number: 11683347
Abstract: Techniques are described for adjusting policy characteristics based on a determined similarity between routes. A similarity metric may be determined indicating the similarity between a first route followed by a vehicle and/or driver and a second (e.g., previous) route followed by the vehicle and/or driver. A similarity metric may indicate the similarity in movements, and changes in movement, exhibited by the vehicle on the routes. The similarity metric may be determined through analysis of real time data collected by in-vehicle sensor(s), mobile user device(s), external sensors or other data sources. Based on the similarity metric, a premium, a deductible, a price, or other characteristic(s) of a policy may be determined. In some examples, policy characteristics may be adjusted (e.g., in real time) based on the analysis according to changing risk conditions if a driver is following routes that are dissimilar from typical routes.
