  • Patent number: 11679151
Abstract: Vaccines that elicit broadly protective anti-influenza antibodies. Some vaccines comprise nanoparticles that display HA trimers from influenza virus on their surface. The nanoparticles are fusion proteins comprising a monomeric subunit (e.g., ferritin) joined to the stem region of an influenza HA protein. The fusion proteins self-assemble to form the HA-displaying nanoparticles. The vaccines comprise only the stem region of an influenza HA protein joined to a trimerization domain. Also provided are fusion proteins, and nucleic acid molecules encoding such proteins, and assays using nanoparticles of the invention to detect anti-influenza antibodies.

  • Patent number: 11681559
Abstract: Described herein is a system for identifying controls not aligned with updated compliance data. The system may scrub external data sources for updated compliance data. The system may detect and extract the updated compliance data from the external data sources. The system may identify and correlate controls of compliance applications currently using compliance data which has now been updated. The system determines whether a control exists to cover the updated compliance data. In the event, a control does not exist or an existing control does not cover the updated compliance data, a requirement may be generated for generating a new control or modifying an existing control for the updated compliance data.

Abstract: This disclosure presents a process and system to determine characteristics of a subterranean formation proximate a borehole. Borehole material is typically pumped from the borehole, though borehole material can be used within the borehole as well. Extracted material of interest is collected from the borehole material and prepared for analyzation. Typically, the preparation can be a separation process, a filtering process, a moisture removal process, a pressure control process, a flow control process, a cleaning process, and other preparation processes. The prepared extracted material is placed in a laser dispersion spectroscopy device (LDS) where measurements can be taken. A LDS analyzer can generate results utilizing the measurements, where the results of the extracted material can include one or more of composition parameters, alkene parameters, and signature change parameters. The results can be communicated to other systems and processes to be used as inputs into well site operation plans and decisions.
