Abstract: A user of a mobile device can specify particular news, weather, traffic, or other perishable content received on a particular Internet radio station or other media channel received by the mobile device. The user can customize the station so that wherever the user is currently located, they can receive on their mobile device perishable content related to a preferred geographic location or other category. In some embodiments, a user can specify that a customized station plays local news from one city at the top of the hour, traffic from another city at 10 minutes past the hour, and music or other content at other times. The user can also customize original content from the personal libraries of specified users. Thus, a user can customize not only the genre of content or select a particular local station, but can also modify the perishable content provided by the customized station.

Abstract: Automation is the key to build efficient workflows with minimum effort consumption. However, there is a large gap in workflow synthesis for automated AI application development. Computer vision workflow synthesis largely rely on domain expert due to lack of generalization over solution search space for given goal. This search space for creating suitable solution(s) using available algorithms is quite vast, which makes exploratory work of solution building a time-, effort- and intellect intensive endeavor. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide system and method for goal-driven algorithm selection approach for building computer vision workflows on the fly. The system generates one or more task workflows with associated success probability depending on initial conditions and input natural language goal query by combining various image processing algorithms. Symbolic AI planning is aided by Reinforcement Learning to recommend optimal workflows that are robust and adaptive to changes in the environment.

Abstract: The system and methods described herein may be utilized to perform operations in a faster and less complex manner than provided by conventional systems. An encrypted record may be stored at a user device. The encrypted record may include entries related to operations that were previously requested by the user device. The encrypted record may have been encrypted using a dynamic value and a key that is associated with an entity associated with the user. A recipient computer of a request by the user device may be configured to utilize the dynamic value provided in the request and the key associated with the entity to derive the encryption key(s) last used to encrypt the record. The recipient computer may decrypt and modify the decrypted record to perform the requested operation while the user device is precluded from doing so.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques for creating and utilizing multidimensional embedding spaces for data objects, such as to condition the data for input to a neural network, for instance. Some embodiments are particularly directed to converting semi-structured data, such as a set of data objects, into object vector sets mapped to a multidimensional embedding space. In many embodiments, an embedding space for a set of data objects may be customized with a set of dimensions that correspond to various characteristics of the set of data objects. These and other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: Provided are compositions and methods of using a liquid suspension of hollow particles comprising a plurality of hollow particles, water, a suspending aid, and a stabilizer selected from the group consisting of a non-ionic surfactant, a latex, an oleaginous fluid, porous silica, and combinations thereof. The liquid suspension is homogenous. An example method includes statically storing the liquid suspension in a container for at least one week; wherein the liquid suspension maintains a difference in density from the top of the container to the bottom of the container of less than one pound per gallon while stored. The method further includes adding the liquid suspension to a treatment fluid; wherein the liquid suspension reduces the density of the treatment fluid; and introducing the treatment fluid into a wellbore penetrating a subterranean formation.

Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method are disclosed to enable a bank to send a secure object to a bank customer at a remote location. In addition to performing authentication, the system and method exploit the payment rails to verify transactions by the bank customer, as well as to confirm the physical location of the customer. The bank customer who is successfully verified may receive the secure object by courier at the remote location within a limited time period of the request.

Abstract: A system and method for lean ortho correction for computer models of structures. The system displays an image of a structure on a user interface and projects a structure model onto the image. Next, the system identifies a first world three-dimensional (“3D”) point in the image, a second world 3D point in the image, and a third world 3D point in the image. The system then transforms coordinates of the structure model using the first world 3D point, the second world 3D point, the third world 3D point, and a lean ortho correction algorithm.

These immunogenic compositions are of use to induce an immune response to Neisseria, including Neisseria meningitidis and Neisseria gonorrhea.

Abstract: State of art techniques attempt in extracting insights from eye features, specifically pupil with focus on behavioral analysis than on confidence level detection. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and system for confidence level detection from eye features using ML based approach. The method enables generating overall confidence level label based on the subject's performance during an interaction, wherein the interaction that is analyzed is captured as a video sequence focusing on face of the subject. For each frame facial features comprising an Eye-Aspect ratio, a mouth movement, Horizontal displacements, Vertical displacements, Horizontal Squeezes and Vertical Peaks, are computed, wherein HDs, VDs, HSs and VPs are features that are derived from points on eyebrow with reference to nose tip of the detected face. This is repeated for all frames in the window. A Bi-LSTM model is trained using the facial features to derive confidence level of the subject.

Abstract: A support head mountable on a support post for supporting a beam in a formwork system is provided. The support head includes a top member for contacting and supporting the beam, a base member mountable on top of the support post, and a pin. Each of the top and base members has a tube with opposing pin holes. The tubes are configured to form vertically extending telescopic tubes, with the pin holes aligned along a horizontal axis. The pin is insertable into the pin holes, and has spaced apart depressions thereon. The pin is slidably moveable in the pin holes from a first position to a second position. In the first position, the depressions are offset from the pin holes. In the second position the depressions are aligned with the respective pin holes thus lowering the first tube and the top member in height.

Abstract: A vessel cleaning device and method includes an armored chassis with track members operable independently by first and second pneumatic drive systems, and a remotely controllable arm. A plurality of nozzles disposed on the arm are configured to rotate while spraying high pressure liquid in mutually opposed directions when the arm is extended. The device is sized and shaped to pass through a 24-inch opening in the vessel when the arm is collapsed, and the track members and the arm are controllable remotely by an operator external to the vessel. Once the device has passed through the 24-inch opening into the vessel, the arm is movable into the extended position, and the device is movable within the vessel while the nozzles spray liquid along a notional circumference to remove waste materials from an interior surface of the vessel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to enabling access transaction systems to accept different communication protocols. In some embodiment, an access device receives, from a portable device, an indication that a transaction is to be performed by exchanging transaction information between the portable device and a remote computer, wherein the remote computer is configured to communicate using a first communication protocol. Next, the access device determines that the portable device is configured to communicate using a second communication protocol. The access device then converts communications between the portable device and the remote computer from the second communication protocol to the first communication protocol to assist the portable device and the remote computer in exchanging the transaction information.
