Abstract: In one example, a method of designing a drill bit comprises obtaining a baseline orientation of a shaped cutter with respect to a bit body. The shaped cutter includes a shaped cutting element secured to a substrate. The baseline orientation is defined, at least in part, with respect to an rotational position of the shaped cutting element about a longitudinal axis of the shaped cutter. A wear imbalance is determined between opposing portions of the shaped cutting element at the baseline orientation. An adjusted orientation of the shaped cutter is generated having a different rotational position of the shaped cutting element about the cutter axis expected to reduce the wear imbalance.

  • Publication number: 20230028612
Abstract: A tubular string includes a first tubular member with a pin end with pin threads and a pin external load shoulder. The tubular string also includes a second tubular member with a box end with a box external load shoulder and box threads, the pin threads being threadable into the box threads to form a connection, wherein the pin external load shoulder has an outer diameter (OD) that is different than an OD of the box external load shoulder. A load distribution sleeve is locatable between the first and second tubular members when threaded together and includes a first end facing the first tubular member and a second end facing the second tubular member, wherein the ODs of the load distribution sleeve first and second ends match the ODs of the pin and box external load shoulders respectively. The load distribution sleeve contacts the pin and box external load shoulders and distributes a make-up load between the pin and box external load shoulders when the connection is made up.

  • Publication number: 20230027485
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed are directed to a system that performs steps to transmit, to a client device, a host application for storage on a browser of the client device. The host application is used to facilitate loading of a micro-frontend application onto the browser at runtime of the host application, for integration with and use in conjunction with the host application. The system also receives, from the host application, a request to load the micro-frontend application onto the browser. Based on receiving the request, a manifest file is accessed indicating a version of the micro-frontend application to be loaded onto the browser. The micro-frontend application is retrieved based on the version indicated in the manifest file and transmitted to the host application for loading onto the browser.

Abstract: Provided herein are systems and method for providing routing of complex dynamically updated website applications using micro front ends (MFEs). The MFEs can be instantiated in a nested fashion. Each MFE can be agnostic to other levels of the website application structure that are not directly adjacent to the MFE in the hierarchy of the nesting. Navigation events can be bubbled up to a shell application to retain top-level control of routing within the website application without requiring the shell application to have all levels of routing in the hierarchy.

  • Publication number: 20230026032
Abstract: Emotional loneliness is referred as the absence of an attachment figure in one’s life and someone to turn to. The existing methods use installation of sensors for tracking the movement, behaviour and activity of the person, but most of the efforts are obtrusive in nature. A non-obtrusive method and system for detection of emotional loneliness of a person have been provided. The disclosure is utilizing multiple varied techniques to understand the emotional loneliness. The multiple techniques comprise room change movement anomalies, living room stay anomalies, correlating the living room stay with the bedroom stay and outdoor movement anomalies. The methodology also ensures reduced variance and false positives, as emotional loneliness is finally determined based on more than two positives of above methods. The detection of person’s movement is done using a featured engineered dataset based on collection of raw time series data collected from a plurality of motion sensors.

  • Patent number: 11563786
Abstract: A server stores an association between a unique identifier and a first media work in a database, and stores an association between a media type indicator and the unique identifier. The media type indicator has a first value when the first media work is a first type of media work, and a second value when the first media work is a second type of media work. A message including information identifying a broadcast media work is received from a broadcast station. Based on information included in the message, the server determines whether the broadcast media work is an instance of the first media work. If so, the server determines that the broadcast media work is associated with the unique identifier, and further determines, based on the media type indicator, what type of media work the broadcast media work is. The unique identifier is stored in a data structure based on the type of media work.

  • Patent number: 11560778
Abstract: An apparatus and method according to which a perforating gun includes a volume fill body. The volume fill body is positioned in the space between a charge tube and a carrier tube. The fill body occupies at least part, and sometimes all, of the free volume space between the charge tube and carrier tube thereby reducing the free volume space. In certain downhole applications, large free volume space can lead to significant reductions in wellbore pressure, causing dynamic underbalance, which is undesirable. The presence of the volume fill body prevents, or at least reduces, dynamic underbalance and its effects. Also, the volume fill body aligns the charge tube with the carrier tube, further assisting perforation.
