Abstract: Disclosed are techniques and apparatuses that are configured to receive an indication that a web browsing session executing on an enterprise server needs additional information based on a request for additional information being sent to a client device. The request may include an identifier of the web browsing session and an identifier of an enterprise server that initiated the web browsing session. A globally unique identifier related to the web browsing session and an identifier of the enterprise server is stored in a common data store. The web browsing session may be paused when the web browsing session requests additional information from a client device. The client device may respond with the additional information. The system may provide the identifier of the enterprise server to a load balancing component so the identified web browsing session executing on the enterprise server may continue to be used.

  • Publication number: 20240397316
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments may use a contactless card as a secondary form of authentication in a multi-factor authentication for a secure messaging service. The recipient party of a request to initiate a messaging service session (such as a server computing device) may be programmed to use the phone number of the originating device to look up records regarding an identity of a party and their associated phone number as a primary credential and then may require an authentication credential originating from the contactless card as a secondary credential for the initiating party. In some instances, the credential originating from the contactless card is a onetime password that is valid only for a period of time. The recipient party determines whether the onetime password is valid. If both credentials are valid, a secure messaging session may be initiated with the initiating party.

  • Publication number: 20240393494
Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques to identify material properties from measured physical response data in ways that are more efficient than conventional numerical inversion. Systems and techniques of the present disclosure may use machine learning (ML) techniques to generate mappings that map specific physical responses to specific material properties based on knowledge of factors that may be inherent to certain types of sensing equipment. Data generated by a ML computer model may be constrained, altered, or filtered to more closely correspond to characteristics known to be associated with a certain type of sensing equipment. Such a constrained model may identify fewer possible results as compared to an unconstrained model, thereby, solving problems that may be encountered when using ML techniques to identify material properties from measured responses.

Abstract: A transition in the fluid composition of a production fluid is detectable downhole based on a rotational response of a rotor through which flow is directed. The transition is detectable, at least in part, based on different rotational speeds of different fluid compositions. The transition may be detected or confirmed by an anomaly in the rotational response (e.g., a temporary dip) due to an emulsion between two or more fluid components. The non-Newtonian behavior of the emulsion makes its presence easily detectable in a rotor chamber. The disclosed principles may enable a rotor to act not only as a power source but as a water cut sensor.

Abstract: A system and computer implemented method for generating validated prompt-templates for generating prompts for instructing large language models (LLMs) to perform specific tasks. An initial prompt is generated instructing an LLM to produce a plurality of candidate prompt-templates. The initial prompt includes an input data type to be included with a prompt generated using a candidate prompt-template, and output data to be produced by an LLM that has processed a prompt generated using a candidate prompt-template. The initial prompt is passed through an LLM to generate candidate prompt-templates. Test prompts are generated, each constructed from a candidate prompt-templates using input data from a set of pre-labelled input data having items of input data and corresponding labels. Each test prompt is passed through a further LLM to generate an output. The output is assessed, and candidate-prompt-templates are selected for subsequent generation of prompts.

Abstract: Methods and systems for reducing network traffic between a service and client devices. In some aspects, the system receives a first data stream for a first type of communication between a service and a client device for a user. In response to determining that the first data stream includes an unresolved user query, the system determines that a second type of communication occurred between the service and the user. The system processes a second data stream for the second type of communication to determine that the second type of communication includes the unresolved user query and a service response to the unresolved user query. The system provides the unresolved user query and the service response to update a machine learning model used by the service to generate service responses to one or more user queries during a future communication of the first type.
