Abstract: In certain embodiments, systems and methods are provided for authenticating a user of a computing device. In some embodiments, a request to authorize a transaction associated with a user may be received, and a current location of the user may be determined. A determination of whether a threshold proximity exists (between the current location of the user and at least one location of at least one known associate) may be performed. The authorization request may be approved based on the determination of the threshold proximity. As an example, the known associate of the user may be determined from among a plurality of associates based on a geographical relationship between the location of the known associate and the current location of the user. The authorization request may be approved in response to a determination that the threshold proximity exists between the user's current location and the known associate's location.

Abstract: The invention relates to an optimal allocation method for stored energy coordinating electric vehicles (EVs) to participate in auxiliary service market (ASM), including the following steps: 1. Predict the reported capacity of daily 96 points for EVs to participate in the ASM by least square support vector machine (LSSVM). 2. Fit the daily total load distribution of EVs. 3. Determine the error distribution between the reported capacity and the actual response capacity, and simulate the total daily load capacity of EVs in the future with Monte Carlo method. 4. Calculate the energy storage capacity required by EVs daily participating in ASM. 5. Build the objective function to minimize the scheduling risk of auxiliary service. 6. Solve the energy storage model in step 5 with particle swarm optimization (PSO), and output the configuration results of optimal energy storage capacity and energy storage power. The invention can improve the adjustable capacity of EVs participating in ASM.

The systems and methods may include receiving, at a cloud compute service, a notification that a sensitive file comprising sensitive data has been received at a file receipt location, the sensitive file being sent by a client device; generating, by the cloud compute service, a container instance in response to the notification; retrieving, by the container instance, the sensitive file from the file receipt location; generating, by the container instance, a stripped file by stripping the sensitive data from the sensitive file based on a configuration file; transmitting, by the container instance, the stripped file to a storage location; deleting the sensitive file and associated file pointers from the file receipt location; and terminating the container instance, wherein terminating the container instance comprises deleting files comprising sensitive data and associated file pointers.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for securely communicating sensitive data (e.g., interaction data) during a process for offline authentication. A data packet may be received by an access device from a user device in a one-way communication. The data packet may be converted to obtain interaction data comprising a digital certificate certified by the certificate authority and a digital signature value generated by the user device. A second public key associated with the user device may be obtained utilizing the digital certificate and the first public key associated with the certificate authority. The validity of the interaction data may be determined based at least in part on the digital signature value and the second public key associated with the user device. When the interaction data is determined to be valid, an identifier of the interaction data may be authorized and access may be provided based on this authorization.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for generating and managing a unique secure shell (SSH) key fingerprint for each installation of an SSH key. An SSH key manager may receive metadata for a host machine comprising a machine ID and a plurality of secure shell (SSH) key objects, wherein an SSH key object represents an SSH key for accessing an account on the host machine associated with a user. The SSH key manager may then identify a hash for the SSH key and user ID associated with each SSH key object of the plurality of objects. The SSH key manager may then generate a unique fingerprint for each SSH key object by concatenating the machine ID, user ID and SSH key hash corresponding to the SSH key object. The unique fingerprints may then be stored in a database along with corresponding information from the metadata.

The request includes a data structure configured to store input values, and a tri-value field configured to store a tri-value, the tri-value being one of a first value, a second value, or a third value, the first value indicating a single computation is requested using the input values, the second value indicating a limited set of combinatorial calculations to be calculated using the input values, and the third value indicating a full set of combinatorial calculations using the input values. The approach further causes computing of each of the plurality of deals based on the data structure, and outputting results to a user device based on the mass price computation request.

Abstract: A method and related system of operations include providing a set of feature values to determine a first reward value to a prediction model configured with a set of model parameters and obtaining a set of feature weights for features of the set of feature values by performing a local explainability operation that comprises providing the prediction model with a set of test inputs to determine a set of feature weights. The method also includes selecting a subset of feature weights of the set of feature weights based on a feature subset of the features indicated by a policy parameter of the prediction model, determining a reward modification value based on the subset of feature weights, and determining a second reward value based on the first reward value and the reward modification value. The method also includes updating the set of model parameters based on the second reward value.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pool cleaning device having filtering and pumping capabilities. Some embodiments of the disclosed device can be unencumbered by hoses, cables, and the like when in use in the pool. The device may be buoyant and can be configured to float at or just below the surface of the water. The device can comprise a strainer, a pump, a housing for the strainer and pump, and one or more floatation devices. Such a design may allow for a floating skimmer and pump with no need for installation in a side wall. In some embodiments, the device can further comprise a pre-filter. For example, in some embodiments, the strainer and filter can remove large objects and particulates, respectively, before the water passes through the pump. As disclosed in some embodiments, various components of the device may be removeable and replaceable to extend the lifetime of the device.

Abstract: The present disclosure teaches systems and methods for robotic welding of studs onto the surface of I-beams. The systems and methods use machine vision to identify and locate welding sites on a surface of a beam or girder, moves and aligns studs to the welding sites, and welds studs to the surface at these sites.

In some aspects, the system, after determining that the probability that an authentication request from an authentication token is associated with a malicious activity is above a threshold, determines whether a user device associated with the authentication token is within a threshold distance of the authentication token. In response to determining that the authentication token is not within the threshold distance of the user device, the system declines the authentication request and transmits an alert request to the authentication token to emit an audio signal from a speaker included in the authentication token.

Abstract: A method is disclosed and includes determining a test plan to test a kernel on a mobile device, and determining an interaction input message according to the test plan, the interaction input message comprising first data. The method also includes transmitting the interaction input message comprising the first data to the mobile device over a network-based communication channel. The kernel in the mobile device generates the interaction output message in response to receiving the interaction input message. The method also includes receiving, from the mobile device, the interaction output message comprising second data from the mobile device over the network-based communication channel, and determining if the interaction output message is consistent with the test plan.

Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for sanitizing logged data packets in a distributed system prior to storing them in a remote or third-party data server. Interactions with an application are monitored and values in a data packet are extracted from the interaction. The values are classified based on a classification configuration and respective labels of the values. The values are then sanitized based on the classification to prevent exposure of secure or private data. The sanitized data packets are then logged into the remote data server. The logged data can be used to help resolve events occurring in the application. The classification configuration can be iteratively updated and the interactions repeated to capture data that was previously sanitized to aid in resolution of events. The logged data can also be used in research or analysis, such as for identifying potential improvements to the application.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments for a vehicle listing generation and optimization system. An embodiment operates by receiving a request to generate a vehicle listing to sell a vehicle on a website. A plurality of vehicle listings similar to the vehicle to be sold are determined, the plurality of vehicle listings including a plurality of features providing information about a respective vehicle featured in the vehicle listing and a performance metric indicating an effectiveness of a respective listing. A first cluster of listings from the plurality of vehicle listings similar to the vehicle are identified based on based on performing artificial intelligence clustering with respect to the metric. Common features amongst a subset of the first cluster of listings are identified. A user interface of a sales template for selling the vehicle associated with the request via the website is generated, wherein the sales template includes the common identified features.
