Abstract: Recombinant nucleic acid molecules engineered for efficient propagation of a heterologous DNA sequence (such as a heterologous viral gene) that is toxic in E. coli are described. Influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) genes were used as exemplary toxic heterologous DNA sequences. Plasmids that included a heterologous DNA positioned between bacterial regulatory elements (such as lac operator sequences and/or terminator sequences) exhibited decreased gene transcription in E. coli and increased stability of the heterologous DNA while also retaining the property of inducible expression in E. coli.

  • Publication number: 20250148266
Abstract: The disclosure herein relates to a method and system for time series forecasting incorporating seasonal correlations using scalable architecture. The scalable architecture comprises parallel encoders, a neural network layer and a decoder. The neural network layer is either an attention layer or RNN layer. Each of the encoders and the decoder comprises multiple sequential encoder and decoder units, respectively. The parallel encoders encode seasonal correlations in a time series to generate summary vectors which are then processed along with state of a previous decoder unit by the neural network layer to generate a feature vector whose size is independent of order of seasonality of the time series. The feature vector is then processed by a next decoder unit to forecast a seasonal time series data at a subsequent time step. This process is repeated for all the decoder units to train the deep neural network model for time series forecasting.

  • Publication number: 20250148154
Abstract: Early-stage design for complex engineering systems is a difficult task with significant impact on the final design and is performed under time constraints which restricts the number of options being considered. Present disclosure provides a framework for an early-stage generative design of engineering systems by performing systematic design space exploration and targeted design space exploration. Diverse design configurations are generated for given requirements following a systematic design space exploration of the entire architectural design space of the early-stage problem. In the targeted design space exploration stage, potential regions of the design space are identified to generate different alternatives to the diverse design configurations already generated during the systematic design space exploration stage for early-stage generative design of a given engineering system.

  • Publication number: 20250148360
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing predictive interface generation. As a user interacts with a user interface, information relating to the user, including the user activity within the user interface and/or historical data relating to the user is provided to a machine learning model. The machine learning model uses artificial intelligence and the received user data to predict a likely next action that the user will take. In some instances, multiple next actions are determined, each with a corresponding confidence score. A most likely subset of those results are then provided to a preloading system that retrieves the data from a database that is needed to provide the response to those actions. This data is then preloaded in memory for immediate access, in the event that one of the predicted actions is actually carried out by the user.

Abstract: A method for classifying customers via operation of a probability score of a predictive model that expresses a probability of a customer achieving a predicted outcome. The method includes: recording previous probability scores and grouping within a dataset; sorting the dataset by an increasing value; deriving a set of reference quantiles based on the sorted previous probability scores of the dataset; determining action thresholds defining a range of target quantiles within the set of reference quantiles; receiving a probability score from the predictive model for a first customer in a current interaction; comparing the probability score of the first customer to the probability scores in the set of reference quantiles to determine a matching quantile; and determining if the matching quantile is within the range of target quantiles and, based thereon, selectively classifying the first customer in the target audience.

  • Patent number: 12294548
Abstract: A method and a device in a User Equipment and a base station are provided. The UE receives first information and monitors a first signaling in M Resource Element (RE) sets. The first information determines the M RE sets. The UE assumes that P modulation symbol groups are one-to-one mapped to PRE sets of the M RE sets. One blind detection for the first signaling is performed on the PRE sets. Modulation symbols obtained by modulating the bits in a first bit sequence constitute a first modulation symbol set sequentially. The bits in the first bit sequence are sequentially arranged according to an output of a channel encoder. The first modulation symbol set is successively divided into the P modulation symbol groups, each consisting of X modulation symbols.
