  • Patent number: 11308804
Abstract: A system and method for managing a multiplicity of motor vehicle parking spaces through a server is provided. Smart parking devices and vehicle occupancy sensors that are each physically proximate to and which correspond to at least one of the parking spaces is interfaced with the server. Parking availability indicators that are each associated with at least one of the parking spaces is interfaced with the server. Street sweeping activity affecting the parking spaces is planned and comprising times and dates over which street sweeping of the parking spaces will occur. Any requests for reserving the use of the parking spaces during the street sweeping activity is denied. The parking availability indicators are activated associated with the parking spaces affected by the street sweeping activity. Occupancy of each of the parking spaces by a motor vehicle is sensed through the nearest vehicle occupancy sensor.

  • Patent number: 11308095
Abstract: A system may retrieve a pattern from a pattern database with the pattern identifying a type of sensitive data. The system may also retrieve data identified by a variable from a big data management system. The system may then match the data to the pattern to detect the type of sensitive data in the data. An output may be generated in response to the data matching the pattern. A variable access permission may be retrieved for the variable from a permissions repository, a sensitive data permission may be retrieved for the type of sensitive data from the permissions repository, and the variable access permission may be compared to the sensitive data permission to detect a discrepancy.

  • Patent number: 11309084
Abstract: A system can identify a first position of a tag in a clinical environment based on first times at which first receivers received a first wireless signal from the tag. The system can estimate a second position of the tag in the clinical environment based on second times at which second receivers received a second wireless signal from the tag. The system determines that a boundary is located between the first position and the second position, defines a path range around the first position of the tag based on an expected movement of the tag during a time interval between the first and second wireless signals, determines that the boundary lacks a door within the path range, adjusts the second position of the tag based on the boundary map, and transmits a message indicating that the tag is located at the adjusted position at the second time.

  • Patent number: 11310297
Abstract: A method includes receiving from a transmitting data interface, a data stream mapping of a data input into data shards for transmission in a data stream over a data stream communication channel. Data capacity for a data producing software application from a plurality of data producing software applications is adjusted by increasing or decreasing a number of data shards in the data stream assigned to the data producing software application. An updated data stream mapping of the data input into the plurality of data shards is generated by updating a start hash key and an end hash key in a range for each of the data shards assigned to the data producing software application. The updated data stream mapping is sent to the transmitting data interface for adjusting the data capacity in the data stream transmitted over the data stream communication channel of the data producing software application.
