    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength concrete includes lignin, recycled fine powder, cement, water, sand, gravels and a water reducing agent. The recycled fine powder is recycled fine powder of discarded concrete, and is prepared by separating solid waste of discarded buildings, then performing impurity removal and crushing processing, and grinding same by a ball mill into dust with a particle size of less than 0.16 mm. The lignin is discarded wood lignin, which is prepared by crushing the wood, stirring and extracting a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 5% for 1 to 2 hours at the temperature of 80 DEG C. to obtain a black lignin alkali solution, adding a hydrochloric acid solution with a mass concentration of 30% into the alkali solution for stirring, and making the pH reduced to 7.0 for standing and layering.

    Abstract: A vascular structure-containing large-scale biological tissue and a construction method thereof. In the existing three-dimensional cell culture, it is contradictory for the elastic modulus of the scaffold material in ensuring structural stability and biocompatibility, and the vascular structure is required to provide channels for nutrient exchange when a large-scale structure is prepared. A cell-laden matrix material is poured into a hollow scaffold serving as a supporting scaffold. The overall stability of the scaffold structure can be ensured by regulating the mechanical properties of the supporting scaffold, thereby resolving the contradiction in ensuring structural stability and biocompatibility for the mechanical properties of the scaffold material in the conventional three-dimensional cell culture. A coaxially printing outer material contains a thermosensitive material.

Sewage and microalgal seeds are pumped into an microalgae growth pond for growing microalgae, and online equipment is used for monitoring the level of nutrients in the pond. When the microalgae reach the stationary phase of their growth, the screen mesh is lifted to separate microalgae from liquid, so that they are conveniently harvested by scraping.     Abstract: A ceramic tool material, in particular with piezoelectric effect and a preparation method thereof, and a cutting tool. The ceramic tool material includes the following raw materials by weight: 30-70 parts of matrix material, 30-70 parts of piezoelectric material, 5-10 parts of binder, and 10-20 parts of reinforcing phase and can be made into cutting tools.
