    Abstract: An oral colon-targeted delivery system is described, which includes a bacterial flora sensitive layer which contains polysaccharides and covers the exterior of active ingredients, a pH sensitive layer which contains any polymer composition dissolved under the condition of pH?7 and covers the exterior of the bacterial flora sensitive layer. A preparation method and applications of the delivery system are also described. According to the oral colon-targeted delivery system combined with the pH sensitive and bacterial flora sensitive mechanisms, the selective dissolution and release of active ingredients in the colon site are effectively improved by using double-layer protection so that the therapeutic or diagnostic effect is enhanced, and the application prospect is broad.

The three-dimensional moving ingot mechanism comprises a moving ingot and a two-dimensional moving platform vertically connected to the moving ingot. A water cooling mechanism is disposed outside the moving ingot, and the moving ingot is driven by a precision motor to precisely move up and down.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a double-layer fibrous annulus patch, a patch clamp, a suture needle and a fishbone suture. The inner layer foldable patch and the outer layer foldable patch are arranged and connected by a pair of crossed flexible connectors. Both ends of the two patches are connected by auxiliary connectors. A pair of auxiliary connectors are further arranged on both sides of the outer foldable patch, which can be used with the patch clamp to unfold the patch and secure it in place. With both patches in a folded state, the patch clamp is used to push the inner foldable patch through the rupture in the intervertebral disc into the annulus fibrosus and the patch unfolds within the annulus fibrosus. The outer layer foldable patch is unfolded on the outside of the annulus fibrosus and is fixed by two auxiliary connectors and fishbone sutures.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a nanosecond-scale power resource allocation method and system for microservices. In order to eliminate the macro-control delays, it uses an auto power budgeting module to distribute the limited power resource to each microservice according to its unique power-performance model. On the other side, it deploys an agile power regulation module to bypass the slow power control procedures at the server system layer. By directly invoking the voltage regulation circuit on the processor, this can remove the micro-execution delays. It also leverages a transparent mapping mechanism to coordinate the work of the auto power budgeting module and the agile power regulation module to achieve the optimal allocation of power resources. The present invention can exploit the intra-application variability brought by microservices, thus further break the energy-saving limitation of traditional data centers.

    Abstract: Use of glycerol in preparing an adipose tissue cryopreservation protective agent and the adipose tissue cryopreservation protective agent. Based on the total volume of the adipose tissue cryopreservation protective agent, the adipose tissue cryopreservation protective agent includes: glycerol with a volume fraction of 60-80%; 0.090-0.200 g/ml trehalose; and a PBS buffer serving as the solvent. The adipose tissue cryopreservation protective agent is free of DMSO and other protective agents having biological toxicity, poses no toxicity to cells and tissues, and causes no safety problem during clinical use even in a case of incomplete elution. The adipose tissue cryopreservation protective agent is free of xenoantigen and has low cost. With glycerol and trehalose being clinically approved medicinal ingredients and inexpensive products, the agent of the present disclosure contains no costly products such as human albumin, thus providing increased possibility for clinical use and promotion.

    Abstract: An injectable in situ pore-forming hydrogel system and its preparation method and use are provided. The injectable in situ pore-forming hydrogel system uses an injectable hydrogel as a continuous base phase, and isolated live cells and magnesium particles are distributed in the continuous base phase, where the injectable hydrogel is a precursor or prepolymer of hydrogel, which can form hydrogel by cross-linking. The injectable in situ pore-forming hydrogel system can be used to create pores while the gel encapsulates live cells, which makes use of both the injectability and porous structures of hydrogel, which is important for the repair of cavitary, surgically difficult and irregularly defective tissues; meanwhile, magnesium particles generate magnesium ions after the former undergoes gas production and degradation, which can improve the bioactivity of the gel and aid in tissue repair.
