Abstract: Provided is a circuit board in which visibility of an alignment mark is improved. In a case of manufacturing a substrate module in which a touch panel (20) and an FPC (50) are electrically connected, an alignment mark in the FPC (50) is formed by an opaque metal film, so that visibility is high. Consequently, when an alignment mark (25) in the touch panel (20) is also formed by an opaque metal film, the visibility of the alignment mark (25) also becomes high. By performing alignment using the alignment marks having high visibility, alignment between the touch panel (20) and the FPC (50) can be performed easily with high precision. As a result, the yield of the substrate module increases and modification of an alignment apparatus used for alignment becomes unnecessary, so that the manufacturing cost of the substrate module can be decreased.

Abstract: There are provided a fuel cell having stable and good power generation characteristics and good safety, a fuel cell system including the fuel cell and an electronic device equipped with the fuel cell. The fuel cell includes at least an electrolyte membrane, an anode formed on one surface of the electrolyte membrane, a cathode formed on the other surface of the electrolyte membrane, a liquid fuel chamber for supplying a liquid fuel to the anode, and a separating layer formed between the anode and the liquid fuel chamber. The separating layer and/or the anode has an exhaust passage that is continuously formed in an in-plane direction to discharge exhaust gas generated at the anode. The separating layer allows the liquid fuel to pass from the liquid fuel chamber to the anode and blocks the movement of gas from the anode to the liquid fuel chamber.
Abstract: A control device executes a program including the steps of: when an unintended black image is detected, notifying a target value of brightness of a backlight and a correction amount of brightness of an image immediately before the black image is detected, until a predetermined time elapses; correcting the image based on the notified correction amount of the brightness of the image; causing a liquid crystal panel to display the corrected image; and controlling the backlight based on the notified target value of the brightness of the backlight.
