    Abstract: A device for managing electronic bookmarks. The device includes an element implementing a main function of managing electronic bookmarks, activated at start-up and at determined instants, except when the device switches to a stand-by mode. The element implementing the main function includes: a transmitter, allowing transmission to a server a request to obtain a preconfigured list of bookmarks, wherein the request includes a log-in of the device; a receiver, allowing the preconfigured list transmitted by the server in response to the request to be received; a display, allowing the preconfigured list to be displayed; and an element allowing a user to use the bookmarks of the preconfigured list displayed. The device does not include an element that helps in initial construction of the preconfigured list on the server nor an element that helps to add to the preconfigured list at least one additional bookmark not previously proposed by the server.

    Abstract: The present technology provides an apparatus and a method for transmitting data via two or more FM signals in an interference avoiding manner. The apparatus comprises at least two FM transmitters. Each FM transmitter is configured to transmit a FM signal on a particular FM channel characterized by a certain carrier frequency that includes data and optionally one or more corresponding alternative frequencies (AFs). The apparatus further includes at least two receivers for receiving incoming electromagnetic radiation (EMR). At least one of the receivers is configured to receive incoming EMR associated with at least one of the FM channels, and another is configured to receive incoming EMR at least at frequencies outside of the FM channels. The controller is configured to separately control activation and deactivation of the FM transmitters and determine the carrier frequencies and the one or more AFs based upon incoming EMR.

Upon termination of use, the temporary identity is returned to a pool and usable for another wireless device.

On the receiving terminal side, a method of managing voice frames coming from the transmitting terminal is proposed including the steps of: detecting a non-voice data header included in the voice frame; extracting, from the voice frame, of non-voice data, according to configuration data read in the header; transmitting of extracted non-voice data to a processor of non-voice data.
