    Abstract: Anchor delivery systems include anchors having a generally cylindrical body with a rail on top for positioning within a delivery device slot. The rail incorporates a side-bulge as a retaining feature which axially extends along a majority of the length of the rail. The bulge interferes with a corresponding hourglass cutout in the delivery device slot to prevent the anchor from stripping out of the delivery device when the delivery device is retracted through tissue. The anchors are symmetrical along a length and width to facilitate loading within the delivery device. The distal portion of the delivery device includes a series of distally-extending barbs that intentionally change the penetration force required to push the device tip through tissue.

The data combination may be filtered to form a fused data set. The fused data set may control a device. A map of an arthroscopic surgical site may be created based on the fused data set, and a position of the arthroscopic assembly with respect to the arthroscopic surgical site may be calculated. The arthroscopic surgical plan may be updated based on at least one of the map of the arthroscopic surgical site and the position of the arthroscopic assembly.

The surgeon then pierces a second tissue portion with the device and extends the suture grasper to capture the looped portion of monofilament. The monofilament is retrieved through the second tissue portion and a suture is passed through the looped portion of the monofilament. Finally, the flexible member is used to pull the suture through the tissue and the suture can be tensioned to close the hip capsule.
