Abstract: A lens care container comprising a container cup and a cap that is removably attachable to the container cup to cover an opening in the container cup. The cap includes a top panel and a coupling hub. The top panel includes a pressure-release vent positioned within a deflection region. The coupling hub defines an interior gas vent path. A volume of gas generated from cleaning solution within the cup passes into the interior gas vent path to disengage a lens holder seal from a cap pressure-release vent, allowing the gas to exit through the cap pressure-release vent.
Abstract: A method for accurately assembling and positioning a modular tooling structure for manipulating a workpiece includes receiving, at one or more computers, three-dimensional model information describing the workpiece; generating, at the one or more computers, three dimensional design information representing a configuration for the modular tooling structure, wherein the three dimensional design information includes position data describing a position for at least one engaging member of the modular tooling structure with respect to the workpiece; positioning a multi-dimensional gauge with respect to a base structure based on the position data; and assembling the modular tooling structure using the design information such that a first end of the modular tooling structure is connected to the base structure and the at least one engagement member is positioned at a second end of the modular tooling structure and is in engagement with the multi-dimensional gauge.

Abstract: The present invention relates to composite coating systems and methods for the manufacture and reconstruction of condensate pans, floors or other internal structures of a heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) or heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) unit. The composite coating system comprises a base epoxy coating and a top surface coating. The base epoxy coating is substantially free of volatile organic compounds (VOC's) and adheres to the condensate pans, floors or other internal structures of the HVAC or HVACR unit to fill pinholes and to provide corrosion and water resistance, and the top surface coating provides a barrier to high thermal exposure of the base coating.
Abstract: Provided is a device for remote operation of an electrical disconnect. The device can include a handle clamp configured to be secured to an extending member of the electrical disconnect. The device can further include a case clamp configured to be secured to a rigid portion of the electrical disconnect. The device can further include a cable having an exterior sheath coaxially surrounding an inner cable. The inner cable can be coaxially slidable with respect to the exterior sheath. The inner cable can extend through an opening of the case clamp and be secured to the handle clamp. The device can further include an actuator configured to coaxially slide the inner cable such that the handle clamp is actuated towards the case clamp.

Abstract: Numbers of servers at latter stage services are synchronized with arrivals of customers at the latter stage services. Detecting entering customers' entries and passages by intermediate points are communicated to a computer. The computer predicts arrivals of customers for the latter stage services and needs for increases or decreases in numbers of servers. Lead times allow changing numbers of servers at the latter stage services to meet changing needs. Detections of times of servers with customers and detections of arrivals of customers at the latter stage services are communicated to the computer aid the estimations of changed requirements for numbers of servers. The computer provides the estimations of server requirement changes to managers and automated controllers with sufficient lead time to facilitate smooth transitions in increasing or decreasing the numbers of servers. Wait lines at checkout registers, call center on-hold times and inter-computer communication delays are avoided.

Abstract: A composite pallet is made of concrete. The concrete material can include various concrete mixtures, such as Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) or an Engineered Cementitious Composite (ECC). It also can include microspheres. The concrete material can be cast in a mold or formed via an extrusion process and then cured. The pallet components can include a core material that can form various voids or cavities. The core material can include polystyrene foam, and the foam forms a honeycomb, which is then filled with the concrete material. The concrete material can also be dyed to create different colors to identify the pallets. The pallets can further include plastic and/or rubber bumpers on the corners and/or edges to prevent or minimize chipping. The resulting pallet can be cured using carbon dioxide (CO2) curing which reduces the cure time to about an hour or less.
Abstract: A tool support structure includes a tool rail that extends in an axial direction, a first mounting portion that is connected to the tool rail, and a second mounting portion that is connected to the tool rail at a location along the tool rail that is spaced from the first mounting portion in the axial direction. The second mounting portion includes a lug and an aperture. The lug has a shaft portion and a head portion that is located outward from the shaft portion. The shaft portion is receivable within a slot on the base and the head portion restrains transverse removal of the lug from the slot when the shaft portion is disposed within the slot. The aperture is adapted to receive a pin on the base to resist rotation of the tool rail with respect to the base.

Abstract: An indoor electrical wall outlet cover permitting functional use of an electrical wall outlet while fully concealing the plug contact openings of the outlet. The cover has a functional electrical plug that inserts into the wall outlet and is connected to an extended electrical cord having at its distal end one or more functional electrical receptacles for indirect use of the wall outlet. In one embodiment, the cover is essentially featureless in outward appearance, and when positioned over the wall outlet, the cover fully hides the wall outlet from view, including the perimeter dimension of the wall outlet. The functional electrical plug has electrical connection pins that are bent at an angle enabling the cover to function without extending any significant degree outward of the wall outlet, so that furniture may be positioned effectively flush against the wall in front of the covered wall outlet.
Abstract: An underground water-storage system that includes a sump having a base and sidewalls that cooperate to define an open-topped box that defines a reservoir, a plurality of plastic water matrices each defining a void space for receiving water, and a lid. The sump and lid are formed of a reinforced geomembrane material and include welds and are prefabricated in a location remote from an installation site of the underground water-storage vault more than two days prior to installation.
