  • Patent number: 12151668
Abstract: A hybrid vehicle comprises an engine, an energy storage device, and an aftertreatment system comprising a SCR catalyst configured to treat constituents of an exhaust gas. A controller is operatively coupled to the engine, the energy storage device, and the after treatment system, and configured to estimate an exhaust gas temperature and flow rate of the exhaust gas based on a set of engine operating parameters. The controller determines an exhaust gas cooling rate based on the exhaust gas temperature, flow rate, and a SCR catalyst temperature, and an ambient cooling rate based on an ambient temperature, a vehicle speed and the catalyst temperature. The controller determines a SCR catalyst temperature change rate based on the exhaust gas and ambient cooling rates, and adjusts a load distribution between the engine and the energy storage device based on the SCR catalyst temperature change rate.

  • Patent number: 12156074
Abstract: A wireless communication section wirelessly communicates with a communication terminal present in a target space. An information acquiring section acquires a value representing congestion of a target space. A learned model is a model that has been trained using training data including a value representing the congestion of a target space used for learning, a bandwidth, a channel, and throughput. An AI processing section inputs the value representing the congestion of the target space acquired by the information acquiring section to the learned model and acquires a bandwidth and a channel output by the learned model. A bandwidth controller causes the wireless communication section to perform wireless communication using the bandwidth acquired by the AI processing section. • Patent number: 12155332
Abstract: A gate driver includes a variable strength driver circuit that provides an output signal to drive a high power device. The gate driver receives an update request from a host controller during an operating mode in which switching operations occur and updates one or more operating parameters associated with driving the high power device. The operating parameters including turn-on parameters, turn-off parameters, and soft shutdown parameters. The variable strength driver circuit uses the turn-on parameters for turn-on phases for the output signal, uses the turn-off parameters for turn-off phases for the output signal, and uses the soft shutdown parameters for soft shutdown phases for the output signal. The update request adjusts current, voltage, and/or time for one or more phases of the turn-on, turn-off and/or soft shutdown parameters.

  • Patent number: 12154154
Abstract: An electronic computer-implemented and interactive platform is described, which permits the offer, sale, and distribution of diamonds by sellers to purchasers and, as a result, into the overall diamond marketplace. Each diamond is scanned in order to create a three-dimensional (3D) virtual model that can include images and/or other data that digitally identifies that diamond, providing a “fingerprint” of the diamond. The purchaser may have highly confidential and proprietary information that specifies the critical details of its manufacturing process for each type of cut of polished diamond, referred to as polished diamond parameters (PDPs). A planning system is used to offload time consuming and computationally expensive planning operations from the manufacturer (or other purchaser), and does so prior to a purchase. The planning system and a matching process are used by the platform to enable the data in each PDP file to be applied to the 3D virtual model of each individual diamond.

  • Patent number: 12155433
Abstract: An antenna alignment device may have a camera that takes a line-of-sight image. For an antenna alignment device directed to a boresight of an antenna, the line-of-sight image is the “view” from the antenna to the surrounding environment. An antenna radiation pattern, based on the antenna type, may be overlaid on the line-of-sight image. A technician and or other user can therefore observe the radiation pattern vis-à-vis the surrounding environment. Therefore, it can be determined during the initial alignment stage, whether the antenna alignment may have to be changed to account for structures and or other blockages in the surrounding environment rather than just relying antenna alignment based on an ideal model site. The overlaying also speeds up troubleshooting as it can be used to provide clear and specific alignment instructions prior to deploying crew to the antenna site.
