Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode sheet drying apparatus capable of preventing thermal wrinkles in a non-coated portion, and more particularly to an electrode sheet drying apparatus for drying an electrode sheet including a pair of coated portions each having an electrode active material applied to one surface of metal foil and a non-coated portion located between the pair of coated portions, the apparatus including a chamber configured to dry the electrode sheet therein, a heater provided at an upper part of the chamber, the heater being configured to adjust the temperature in the chamber to a temperature necessary to dry the electrode sheet, and at least one guide roll configured to guide movement of the electrode sheet in the chamber and to maintain tension of the electrode sheet, wherein a part of the electrode sheet is moved in a state of being spaced apart from the guide roll.
Abstract: A positive electrode material for a lithium secondary battery includes a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active material, both of which are lithium composite transition metal oxides containing transition metals. The first positive electrode active material has a larger average particle size (D50) than the second positive electrode active material, wherein a ratio (Li/Me)1 of the mole number of lithium with respect to the total mole number of transition metals of the first positive electrode active material is more than 1 to 1.5 or less, and a ratio (Li/Me)2 of the mole number of lithium (Li) with respect to the total mole number of transition metals of the second positive electrode active material is 0.9 to 1. The second positive electrode active material has a crystallite size of 180 nm or more.

Abstract: In a paper transport apparatus, a controller determines recording paper of a first transport path when a solenoid is deactivated, a paper detection member retreats in contact with the recording paper of the first transport path in a state in which a switching guide is switched to a first transport position, a driven rotation member rotates twice according to this retreat, and a sensor does not detect a standby position of the driven rotation member. Moreover, the controller determines a second transport position of the switching guide when the solenoid is activated, the switching guide is switched to the second transport position, the driven rotation member rotates according to this switching, and the sensor does not detect the standby position of the driven rotation member.
Abstract: A method of recovering electrode materials includes: a preparing step of preparing an electrode assembly or an electrode sheet, the electrode assembly and the electrode sheet including a current collector and an electrode active material layer formed on the current collector and containing an electrode active material; a dissolving step of immersing the electrode assembly or the electrode sheet in an etchant solution that dissolves the current collector; and a separating step of separating a precipitate containing the electrode active material from the etchant solution in which the current collector is dissolved.

Abstract: A system, apparatus, computer program product, and method use a convolutional neural network to auto-determine a first floor height (FFH) and a FFH elevation (FFE) of a building. The FFH, and FFE of the building are determined with respect to the terrain or surface of the parcel of land on which the building is located. In turn, by knowing the FFH and/or FFE of the building on the parcel, it is possible to use that information while performing a flood risk assessment to a property without requiring a personal inspection of the parcel by a human.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes an image forming device, a transport route, a purge transport route, an image forming transport route, a transport roller, and a blowing machine. The image forming device forms an image on a sheet. The transport route extends to a predetermined position. The purge transport route extends to a downstream side in a sheet transport direction, from the predetermined position. The image forming transport route is branched from the purge transport route at the predetermined position, and extends toward the image forming device. The transport roller transports the sheet along the transport route, and along one of the purge transport route and the image forming transport route. The blowing machine delivers the sheet to one of the purge transport route and the image forming transport route, by blowing air to the sheet being transported along the transport route.

This composite structure can serve as a platform for other components, allowing for improved miniaturization of components. Embodiments of the disclosure can be particular advantageous in the high frequency ranges, such as above 1.8 GHz or above 3 GHz, which allows devices to be used in the 5G space.
