  • Patent number: 8922265
Abstract: Disclosed is a noise current compensation circuit. The circuit is provided with two input and output terminals A and B, and two control terminals CON and CONF. The control terminals control a work mode (work state and pre-charge state) of the compensation circuit. The compensation circuit consists of 7 PMOS transistors and 8 NMOS transistors. In the normal work state, by detecting changes of potential change rate of two signal lines in an original circuit, the noise current compensation circuit automatically enables one end of the original circuit that discharges slowly to discharge a signal more slowly, and enables one end of the original circuit that discharges rapidly to discharge a signal more rapidly, thus eliminating the influence of the noise current on the circuit and providing assistance for correct identification of subsequent circuit signals.

  • Patent number: 8867587
Abstract: The present invention is a double-layer multi-carrier ultra-wideband wireless communication method, wherein the frequency band for ultra-wideband communication is divided into a plurality of sub-bands, then one or more sub-bands are used for data transmission, and the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) multi-carrier transmission technology is used in each sub-band. In the transmitting party, the data symbols to be transmitted are allocated on M branches corresponding to the M sub-bands, and the OFDM modulation is implemented on the data symbols on each branch to obtain M branches of parallel data, then digital baseband multi-carrier modulation is implemented on the M branches of parallel data. Thereby, the spectrum of data on each branch is moved onto the digital sub-band corresponding to the radio sub-band one to one, so the digital baseband signal of the radio signal to be transmitted is obtained.

  • Patent number: 8810440
Abstract: A stochastic time-digital converter (STDC) including an input switching circuit, an STDC array, and an encoder. A clock circuit inputs two clock signals into two input terminals of the input switching circuit; the input switching circuit transmits the two clock signals in a cyclic cross-transposition form to two input terminals of the STDC array, and simultaneously outputs a trigger control signal to the encoder; each comparator in the STDC array independently judges the speeds of the two clock signals and sends the judgement results to the encoder for collection and processing; and the encoder outputs the size and positivity or negativity of the phase difference of the two clock signals. The technical solution utilizes the stochastic characteristic of the STDC to double the number of the equivalent comparators in the STDC array, eliminating the effects on the circuitry of device mismatching and processes, power supply voltage, and temperature.

  • Patent number: 8723496
Abstract: A switching power supply with a quick transient response is provided. A hysteretic control loop which comprises a hysteretic controller (117) and a control signal gate (116) is added to the original PWM control loop of the switching power supply.
