    Abstract: A group of inventions is related to process equipment to process surfaces in mass production, particularly, vacuum process equipment to apply thin film coatings with set optical, electrical and other parameters. The technical result is to ensure a capability of processing flexible large substrates, as well as small substrates with a high degree of coating uniformity, with an ability to utilize a wide range of technologies and process devices, as well as to have a highly effective useful operation of applied materials. The proposed technical result is obtained by a method of applying thin film coatings on substrates, which are placed on rotating drums, which consequently move along the processing zones with the same constant linear and angular speeds. Furthermore, a ratio between the linear and angular speeds of the drum is selected so that each surface point of the drum will complete at least two full revolutions while passing through the processing zone.

    Abstract: A commissioning system and method that applies a design configuration, representative of a building automation and control system, to a mesh network of network-capable devices. A cloud-based server system works in concert with an installing device, such as a smartphone or tablet, to apply the relevant configuration of scenarios and spaces, as defined in the design configuration during a design phase, to each mesh node in the mesh network. The commissioning system first transforms the defined scenarios and spaces, which essentially represent a logical configuration of the building automation and control system, into a network-centric configuration. Then, the system decomposes the network-centric configuration into a physical configuration of each mesh node, resulting in a set of parameters for each mesh node. The commissioning system then transmits the set of parameters, including one or more group addresses, to the applicable mesh node, for each affected mesh node in the network.

The device includes two clamps that are clamped on the base of the rail with the use of a mechanism that extends under the base of the rail. At least one of the clamps is movable. A pair of brackets is fastened with the use of fasteners to surfaces of each of the clamps. At least one trackside module is fastened to an upper end region of at least one upwardly extending section.

    Abstract: A steering column assembly is provided that is secured to a vehicle body and includes a mounting bracket securable to the vehicle body and a support bracket secured to a steering column shroud. A breakaway capsule assembly with a frangible connector secures the support bracket to the mounting bracket, the frangible connector, in use, breaking to allow relative movement of the support bracket and the mounting bracket, in the event of a crash. The breakaway capsule assembly includes a fixing portion that overlaps and supports a corresponding portion of the support bracket, the fixing portion including an opening which is aligned with a corresponding opening in the support bracket, the frangible connector passing through and engaging the two aligned openings. A spring biases the fixing portion and the support bracket into engagement with each other to oppose any movement between the fixing portion and the support bracket in the axial direction of the frangible connector during use of the steering assembly.
