  • Patent number: 12270733
Abstract: A vibration data collection device monitors vibration of a machine, generates original machine vibration waveform data based on the monitored vibration, and removes portions of the original machine vibration waveform data that do not indicate an occurrence of a vibration event related to a potential fault in the machine. The vibration data collection device then stores thinned waveform data that includes blocks of the original machine vibration waveform data and excludes the portions that have been removed. A data analysis computer generates a thinned waveform plot based on the thinned waveform data. In some embodiments, the thinned waveform plot includes the blocks of original machine vibration waveform data separated in time by gaps representing the portions that have been removed.

  • Patent number: 12269180
Abstract: New and innovative systems and methods for calibrating and correcting sensors associated with a collaborative robot are disclosed. An example system comprises: at least one robotic arm; a sensor affixed to a location on the robotic arm, wherein the sensor measures force and torque across six degrees of freedom (6DOF); a processor; and memory. The system may receive, from the sensor, sensor input in real-time that indicate a measured force or torque. The system may generate, in real-time, sensor corrections that correspond to offset, linear, and non-linear deviations of the measured force in each sensor axis. The sensor corrections may correspond to offset, linear, and non-linear cross-coupling of the measured force between two or more sensor axes. The sensor corrections may be determined by applying offset, linear, and non nonlinear corrections to each degree of freedom (DOF) from every other DOF.

  • Patent number: 12271333
Abstract: A reconfigurable dataflow unit (RDU) includes an intra-RDU network, an array of configurable units connected by an array level network and function interfaces. The RDU also includes interface circuits coupled between the intra-RDU network and external interconnects. An interface circuit receives a packet from the external interconnect and extracts a target RDU identifier and compares the target RDU identifier to the value of the identity register. It also communicates over the intra-RDU network to a function interface based on information in the first packet in response to the target RDU identifier being equal to the identity register. The interface circuit retrieves another interface circuit identifier for the target RDU identifier from the pass-through table and, in response to the target RDU identifier not being equal to the identity register, sends the target RDU identifier and other information to the other interface circuit over the intra-RDU network.

  • Patent number: 12271165
Abstract: To provide enhanced search capabilities in a process control system, a knowledge repository is generated that includes both contextual data and time series data. The contextual data organizes process plant-related data according to semantic relations between the process plant-related data and the process plant entities. When a user submits a process plant search query related to process plant entities within a process plant, search results are obtained by identifying a data set from the knowledge repository. The contextual data categorizes process parameters so that users can search for a particular process parameter category. Users can tag previous searches to execute them once again at a later time.
