  • Patent number: 11872059
Abstract: The present invention herein is a method and apparatus that significantly limits the effect of high frequency (“HF”) interferences on acquired electro-physiological signals, such as the EEG and EMG. Preferably, this method comprises of two separate electronic circuitries and steps or electronics for processing the signals. One circuit is used to block the transmission of HF interferences to the instrumentation amplifiers. It is comprised of a front-end active filter, a low frequency electromagnetic interference (“EMI”) shield, and an isolation barrier interface which isolates the patient from earth ground. The second circuit is used to measure the difference in potential between the two isolated sides of the isolation barrier. This so-called “cross-barrier” voltage is directly representative of the interference level that the instrumentation amplifier is subjected to. This circuit is used to confirm that the acquired signals are not corrupted by the interference.

  • Patent number: 11876852
Abstract: Described embodiments provide for dynamically optimizing the number of application layer streams that may be multiplexed into a single transport layer connection, providing the advantages of application layer multiplexing without incurring unnecessary congestion-based network delays. A device may monitor net bandwidth and packet loss rates for a connection, and may dynamically increase and decrease a number of concurrent application layer streams to balance throughput and congestion avoidance. As congestion increases, the device may reduce concurrent stream limits in order to spawn additional transport layer connections, allowing faster congestion recovery and reduced performance impairment.

  • Patent number: 11868247
Abstract: This disclosure provides for improvements in managing multi-drive, multi-die or multi-plane NAND flash memory. In one embodiment, the host directly assigns physical addresses and performs logical-to-physical address translation in a manner that reduces or eliminates the need for a memory controller to handle these functions, and initiates functions such as wear leveling in a manner that avoids competition with host data accesses. A memory controller optionally educates the host on array composition, capabilities and addressing restrictions. Host software can therefore interleave write and read requests across dies in a manner unencumbered by memory controller address translation. For multi-plane designs, the host writes related data in a manner consistent with multi-plane device addressing limitations. The host is therefore able to “plan ahead” in a manner supporting host issuance of true multi-plane read commands.

  • Patent number: 11870811
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to systems that attempt to establish trust in relation to operations on a customer endpoint of a computer network. The systems monitor, in real-time, operations to file systems, registries, application processes and threads, and OS kernels at the customer endpoint. The systems maintain compute components affected by the operation in a quarantine state. The systems then attempt to establish trust in the affected compute components (e.g., by applying rule-based policies). The systems remove the affected compute components from the quarantine state, if trust of the one or more affected compute components is established. The systems execute callback routines to mitigate results of the operation, if trust of the affected compute components is not established.
