  • Patent number: 10097437
Abstract: A technique for managing virtualized user sessions in an electronic system generates schedules of expected session usage adaptively, based on actual numbers of user sessions allocated while operating the electronic system, and provides capacity for running user sessions from powered-on servers ready to accept new user sessions. The electronic system allocates user sessions in response to requests and tracks numbers of allocated user sessions. As schedules of expected session usage are adjusted based on actual session usage, schedules tend to become more accurate over time and can adapt to changes in usage patterns.

  • Patent number: 10092251
Abstract: The plan CT is described to generate dual energy (DRR) that stimulates the treatment time radiographs in order to prospectively evaluate the angles in which issues for the template matching algorithm are present, and thus the visibility of the tumor. The present invention uses template matching to quantify the “trackability” of the target from different angles or directions. The peak-to-side lobe ratio is used to measure trackability. The results of this process influence treatment planning. For example, based on the outcome, either less or no dose is planned for the angles in which the location of the templates cannot be verified and thus, the tumor.

  • Patent number: 10095824
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods to construct a symmetric clock-distribution H-tree in upper layers of an integrated circuit (IC), which may have complicated routing and/or placement blockages. The systems and methods disclosed herein may implement concomitant bottom-up wiring and top-down rewiring to achieve a clock-distribution tree symmetrically balanced across all of the hierarchical levels while respecting the complicated routing and/or placement blockages. Such symmetrically balanced clock-tree ensures that a clock-signal reaches all of the clock-sinks simultaneously or near simultaneously thereby minimizing clock-skew across the clock-sinks. The minimal skew symmetric clock-distribution H-tree may therefore be used for higher performance and high speed ICs.

  • Patent number: 10094875
Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for implementing graph-driven verification and debugging of an electronic design. These techniques identify a pair of interest that comprises a target signal and a clock cycle or an event associated with the target signal from a verification or simulation result of an electronic design or a portion thereof. A boundary for relevant driver identification (RDI) operations may be identified for normal termination of the performance of one or more RDI operations. A debug graph may then be generated and stored at least by performing one or more RDI operations for at least the pair of interest based in whole or in part upon the boundary for RDI operations.

  • Patent number: 10092774
Abstract: Radiation treatment planning includes accessing values of parameters such as a number of beams to be directed into sub-volumes in a target, beam directions, and beam energies. Information that specifies limits for the radiation treatment plan are accessed. The limits include a limit on irradiation time for each sub-volume outside the target. Other limits can include a limit on irradiation time for each sub-volume in the target, a limit on dose rate for each sub-volume in the target, and a limit on dose rate for each sub-volume outside the target. The values of the parameters are adjusted until the irradiation time for each sub-volume outside the target satisfies the maximum limit on irradiation time.
