Abstract: A process can include obtaining a plurality of data points each associated with a respective edge device of a fleet of edge devices, each respective edge device associated with an edge site location or edge device asset group. The plurality of data points are stored to a fleet map data catalog and a filtering selection for viewing a filtered subset of the fleet map data catalog is received, indicating a selected geographic view area and selected edge device types from a plurality of edge device types. Data points corresponding to the filtered subset are obtained from the fleet map data catalog using the filtering selection. A fleet map GUI view is generated using the data points corresponding to the filtered subset, the fleet map GUI view comprising a converged geographic map of the selected geographic view area, with data points are rendered at corresponding locations within the converged geographic map.

Abstract: Certain embodiments disclosed herein reduce or eliminate a communication bottleneck at the storage manager by reducing communication with the storage manager while maintaining functionality of an information management system. In some implementations, a client obtains information for enabling a secondary storage job (e.g., a backup or restore) from a storage manager and stores the information (which may be referred to as job metadata) in a local cache. The client may then reuse the job metadata for multiple storage jobs reducing the frequency of communication with the storage manager. When a configuration of the information management system changes, or the availability of resources changes, the storage manager can push updates to the job metadata to the clients. Further, a client can periodically request updated job metadata from the storage manager ensuring that the client does not rely on out-of-date job metadata.
Abstract: A method of fabricating a wide bandgap device includes providing a thin native substrate. An epitaxial layer is grown on a surface of the native substrate. After growing the epitaxial layer, a handle substrate is attached to the opposite surface of the native substrate by way of an interface layer. With the handle substrate providing mechanical support, wide bandgap devices are fabricated in the epitaxial layer using a low-temperature fabrication process. The handle substrate is detached from the native substrate after fabrication of the wide bandgap devices.
Abstract: A microprocessor includes a macro-op (MOP) cache (MOC) comprising a set-associative MOC tag RAM (MTR) and a MOC data RAM (MDR) managed as a pool of MDR entries. A MOC entry (ME) comprises one MTR entry and one or more MDR entries that hold the MOPs of the ME. The MDR entries of the ME have a program order. Each MDR entry holds MOPs and a next MDR entry pointer. Each MTR entry holds initial MDR entry pointers and specifies the number of the MDR entries of the ME. During ME allocation, the MOC populates the MDR entry pointers to point to the MDR entries based on the program order. In response to an access that hits upon an MTR entry, the MOC fetches the MDR entries according to the program order initially using the initial pointers and subsequently using the next pointers.
