  • Patent number: 9276474
Abstract: Improved electrical power conversion system configured to transfer power between a DC voltage differential occurring between input DC terminals and lower DC voltage differential made up of the output differential voltages between a positive output DC terminal and a system neutral terminal and a negative output DC terminal and the system neutral terminal. The system actively controls the output differential voltages to account for variations in the electrical loading placed on the system. The system also actively controls the neutral voltage differential between the neutral terminal and Earth Ground. The output differential voltages are controlled to be maintained within an acceptable range for the types of electrical loads powered by the system (e.g. computers, servers, LED lighting) and to the extent the differentials vary, the system corrects the variances at frequencies which do not adversely affect system circuit protection or the electrical loading on the system.

  • Patent number: 9275942
Abstract: A lead frame assembly which allows for the connection of multiple individual fixed components in various locations, while alleviating tolerance concerns by having a flexible lead frame. The lead frame assembly includes several sub-lead frames, and a plurality of interconnects which connect each of the sub-lead frames together. The lead frame assembly also includes a plurality of segments, and each segment surrounds one of the sub-lead frames, to electrically isolate each sub-lead frame. Various components are electrically connected by incorporating stamped receptacles, or slot terminals, in the sub-lead frames. The interconnects along with plastic voids allow the various attached components to have tolerance flexibility relative to one another, as various components are attached to each of the slot terminals.

  • Patent number: 9273781
Abstract: A sealing device which is used to seal a leak test aperture in an ECU. The sealing device is selectively disposed in the leak test aperture, and an inner surface is formed as part of the leak test aperture. The sealing device has a first portion, and a second portion connected to the first portion. The sealing device is press-fitted into the leak aperture such that the first portion is in contact with the inner surface, securing the position of the sealing device in the leak test aperture, and the second portion is also in contact with the inner surface to prevent moisture and debris from passing through the leak test aperture. The second diameter is larger than the first diameter such that the second diameter of the second portion applies a pressure to the inner surface of the leak test aperture, forming a seal.

  • Patent number: 9272596
Abstract: A method of adjusting an air suspension system comprises detecting with a positioning system that the vehicle is approaching a park location and reporting the park location is approaching to an electronic control unit for the air suspension system. A vehicle speed is determined and compared to a predetermined speed threshold, with the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit selects a park mode for the suspensions system when the vehicle is approaching the park location and when the vehicle speed is below the predetermined threshold. Air supply for the air suspension system is controlled to adjust the corner assemblies for the air suspension system to lowered positions associated with the park mode.

  • Patent number: 9272594
Abstract: An aft suspension system for a pickup truck comprises four corner assemblies, where one corner assembly is located at a suspension position corresponding to each of the wheel corners for the vehicle. An air supply unit includes a reservoir, a compressor, and an ECU is fluidly connected to the corner assemblies. The air supply unit is capable of independently adjusting the corner assemblies from one another. The air suspension system is operable to place the corner assemblies in a unloading position or a trailer, which corresponds to two of the corner assemblies in raised positions and the other of the two corner assemblies located in lowered positions to create a maximum height differential between the front and rear corner assemblies.

  • Patent number: 9276584
Abstract: An oscillator includes a compensated current source that adjusts an output current based on process, supply voltage, and temperature (“PVT”) variations of an integrated circuit device. The oscillator generates an output signal having a frequency based, in part, on the output current of the compensated current source. Accordingly, the output signal has a relatively low sensitivity to PVT variations.

  • Patent number: 9273581
Abstract: A purge procedure which is part of an injector, that may be used as part of a reductant delivery unit (RDU), where the RDU is part of a selective catalytic reduction system for injecting diesel exhaust fluid into an exhaust system, to control exhaust emissions. The RDU delivers a reductant carrier to the engine exhaust system. The purge process includes a control strategy to improve the quality of the purge cycle (i.e., increase the amount of fluid evacuated). The sequence of the purge event is adjusted in order to generate a strong vacuum in the fluid supply line and the injector—this enhances the efficiency of the purge by increasing the initial flow rates through the injector. However, upon opening the injector, the pressure inside the fluid path increases to a level just below the ambient pressure outside the injector, therefore the gas flow rate is substantially reduced.

  • Patent number: 9277035
Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a first housing, a second housing detachably latched to the first housing through a latching tab, and a releasing mechanism. The releasing mechanism includes a button, an elastic member, and a shaft. The button surrounds the shaft and is rotatably assembled to the first housing by the shaft. The elastic member is coiled around the shaft and elastically resists the button to apply an elastic force to enable the button resisting the first housing. When the button rotates about the shaft under a pressure overcoming the elastic force, the latching tab is pushed to release the latching tab and the second housing.

  • Patent number: 9276925
Abstract: Methods and systems for managing cloud zones are described herein. A management server for a cloud of computing resources may add private zones to the cloud. The private zones may contain computers owned and operated by a user of the cloud, such as a cloud customer, rather than the cloud operator. The management server may manage the computing resources in the private zone by sending commands to an agent, which in turn relays the management server's commands to the individual computing resources. The agent may be authenticated using a token.
