When the cover is placed over the docking area, a sliding movement of the cover causes actuation of the latch to secure the cover to the docking area. The outlet passage includes a first outlet duct and a second outlet duct extending in parallel between the motor and exhaust air discharge, and an exhaust valve which controls exhaust air flow through the second outlet duct. The exhaust valve is spring biased toward a closed position and shifted to an open position by an activator which is exposed to the air pressure in the inlet passage downstream of the speed governor and which shifts the exhaust valve to the open position at pressure levels above a certain pressure level in the inlet passage downstream of the speed governor.

Since the second connecting portion is not in parallel to the first connecting portion, a cooling airflow generated by the heat-dissipating fan in the second connecting portion can blow to a region corresponding to the heat-dissipating fins.

Such a thermoplastic elastomer, used in the molten state, presents no problems of parasitic stickiness if the filling rubber overspills out of the cord following manufacture; its unsaturated and therefore (co)vulcanizable nature makes it extremely compatible with the diene rubber matrices, notably natural rubber matrices as conventionally used as calendering rubber in the metal fabrics intended for reinforcing tires.
