    Abstract: A stator for a rotary electric machine, a method for producing the stator, and the rotary electric machine. The stator has a body with a plurality of stator teeth arranged in a circumferential direction; grooves between the stator teeth; and conductor sections, arranged in the grooves, of at least one conductor pair which forms at least a portion of windings. In each groove, conductor sections are arranged along the groove depth parallel to and offset from one another and the sequence of the arrangement of the parallel conductor sections in each groove alternates in the circumferential direction. The conductors of the conductor pair, deviating from a winding direction extending basically circumferentially, meander in a radial direction, and via an enlacement formed thereby in each case, enlace around one group of stator teeth. The stator enables a high power density and a high degree of efficiency along with low installation space requirements.

    Abstract: A pilot-controlled coolant valve is provided that includes a pressure chamber, a pressure release chamber, a control opening, a pressure release channel, an actuator having a plunger, a control piston stroke-actuated by the plunger, a closing piston moving in the pressure chamber, and a valve seat. The pressure chamber has an in-flow and an out-flow for coolant. The control opening connects the pressure release chamber to the pressure chamber. The control piston closes the control opening during the stroke actuation by the plunger, except for a radial sealing gap between the control piston and the control opening. When the control opening is closed, the closing piston sealingly rests on the valve seat and interrupts the connection of the through-flow chamber with the in-flow. Axial end sides of the closing piston delimit a stagnation pressure chamber on one side and a through-flow chamber on the other side.

The resistance soldering system further includes a silicon-controlled rectifier connected to the power input and the controller circuit and producing a control voltage proportional to the control signal and a transformer having a primary side receiving the control voltage and a secondary side having output leads configured to apply an output voltage to a solder joint disposed between the output leads. The controller circuit determines the control signal applied to the silicon-controlled rectifier required to melt the solder joint based on the desired power level and the desired time. The controller circuit controls the desired power level independent of the desired time. A method of operating a resistance soldering system is also presented.
