Abstract: An electric axial flow machine having a stator, a first rotor body arranged on a rotor shaft, a second rotor body arranged on the rotor shaft, and a displacement device arranged between the two rotor bodies and coupled thereto. The displacement device includes at least one spring device which acts on the first rotor body and the second rotor body against the magnetic attractive force between the rotor body and the stator. The spring device is configured such that a spring force characteristic is formed which runs above the magnetic force characteristic over the entire displacement path.
Abstract: An electric machine designed as a permanently excited synchronous machine, including a rotor with a rotor body arranged on a rotor shaft, a stator, and a displacement device that generates a relative axial movement between the rotor body and the stator based on a torque produced between the rotor shaft and the rotor body. The displacement device has first and second displacement elements and at least one rolling body arranged between the first and second displacement elements. The first displacement element is axially movable and rotatable to a limited degree on the rotor shaft, and the second displacement element is connected to the rotor shaft rotationally fixed. The displacement elements provide that upon rotation of the first displacement element relative to the second or vice versa, the rotor body is pushed on the rotor shaft axially against the spring force.

Abstract: A shipping jig for an e-motor includes a central axis, an annular disk arranged for fixing to a cover of the e-motor, and a cylindrical portion extending axially from the annular disk and arranged for axially and radially positioning a rotor carrier of the e-motor relative to a stator of the e-motor. The annular disk includes a first plurality of holes distributed about a first bolt circle and a second plurality of holes distributed about a second bolt circle, smaller than the first bolt circle. The cylindrical portion may also be arranged for radially positioning a portion of a resolver relative to the stator. The first plurality of holes may each have a same third diameter and the second plurality of holes may each have a same fourth diameter, greater than the same third diameter.

Abstract: A method for determining an output torque in a drive system capable of being power shifted in a vehicle includes providing the drive system having a drive unit for transmitting the drive torque, a dual clutch having a first clutch and a second clutch, and a power shift transmission. The power shift transmission has a first gear with a first gear ratio and a second gear with a second gear ratio. The method also includes measuring a first torque transmitted by the first clutch, calculating a distribution of the drive torque to the first clutch and the second clutch using the first torque, and determining the output torque from the distribution of the drive torque.
Abstract: A clutch device for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a torsional vibration damper with an output side, a disconnect clutch with a clutch component, and a fastening unit releasably connecting the disconnect clutch to the torsional vibration damper. The fastening unit includes a first toothing region fixed on the clutch component, a second toothing region fixed on the output side and positively rotationally connected with the first toothing region, and a clamping element. The clamping element is arranged to preload the first toothing region relative to the second toothing region in a circumferential direction with a preloading force, and preload the output side relative to the clutch component with an axial contact pressure.

Abstract: An LC filter arrangement includes a filter capacitor that connects the first output terminal to the second output terminal, a magnetic core, and a choke having a plurality of turns surrounding the magnetic core, and a first choke terminal and a second choke terminal. Each of the turns is formed by a separate conductor segment, at least partially surrounding the magnetic core. The displacement actuator is for axially displacing the receiving frame relative to the support body and into a grinding gap of the plunge-cut grinding machine. The receiving frame includes a conveying stop on an axially facing end face. The conveying stop is for axially expelling a final workpiece arranged in the grinding gap.

In response, a motor provides torque to assistance in rotating the steering shaft. A strain wave gear set multiplies the motor torque. Abstract: A torque converter assembly is disclosed that includes a front cover, a clutch plate assembly, a pump cover, and a plate including a base body extending in an axial direction with a first flange on a first end and a second flange on a second end. The first flange can define a friction face configured to engage with a corresponding surface of the clutch plate assembly, and the second flange can define at least one opening configured to receive a fastening element. In one aspect, the plate functions or serves as a reaction plate for the clutch assembly, and also serves as a connection or lug for a flex plate or other component.
Abstract: An integrated circuit is provided that comprise a receive unit to be tested for receiving an input signal and storing the input signal at a predetermined point of time. Additionally, it comprises a processor for applying an error correction to the received input signal, for comparing the error corrected signal with an expectation value and for outputting an error message when the filtered input signal does not correspond to the expectation value. A power source supplies the receive unit to be tested with an adjustable voltage and/or and adjustable current. An adjustment unit varies the predetermined point in time and the adjustable voltage respectively the adjustable current.

Abstract: A method actuates a hydraulic system for an actuation device of a motor vehicle. The hydraulic system has a pump and multiple valves which are each arranged between a system rail connected to a pump outlet and a hydraulic consumer. The pump is switched between a normal operation and an enhanced operation according to an existing total energy demand of the hydraulic consumers. In normal operation, the pump is driven when the system pressure is below a lower pressure threshold and switched off when the system pressure is above an upper pressure threshold. In the enhanced operation, the pump is permanently driven and each of the valves is operated according to an individual energy demand of the respective hydraulic consumer as soon as the system pressure achieves or exceeds a threshold value.

Abstract: A tracking system for a digital Phase Locked Loop (PLL), the tracking system including a PLL model configured to emulate an actual internal PLL signal, wherein the emulation is based on another internal PLL signal received from the digital PLL and on an estimated analog PLL parameter of the PLL model; and a tracker configured to compare the emulated internal PLL signal with the actual internal PLL signal, and to update the estimated analog PLL parameter according to a minimization algorithm that minimizes a result of the comparison.
