Publication number: 20130023711Abstract: The invention is a process and apparatus for separating the components of a multi-component gas stream comprising light and heavier volatility components with a variable composition. The process includes contacting the multi-component gas stream with a lean solvent in an absorber to produce a light component overhead stream and a rich solvent bottoms stream, flashing the rich solvent bottoms stream in at least a first, second and third reduced constant pressure of sequentially lower pressure wherein the released gas is compressed and a part is routed back to the absorber bottoms as stripping gas and a part is routed as a part of the heavier product stream. In this invention compressed vapor from the first or second reduced constant pressure rich solvent flash vessel is split by flow control between recycle routing to the absorber bottom stage as stripping gas and to the heavier product hydrocarbon stream, depending on the feed gas concentration of light component.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 5, 2011Publication date: January 24, 2013Applicant: ADVANCED EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Thomas K. Publication number: 20130024503Abstract: A domain to be published to an enterprise ECDN is associated with a set of one or more enterprise zones configurable in a hierarchy. When a DNS query arrives for a hostname known to be associated with given content within the control of the ECDN, a DNS server responds by handing back an IP address, by executing a zone referral to a next (lower) level name server in a zone hierarchy, or by CNAMing to another hostname, thereby restarting the lookup procedure. At any level in the zone hierarchy, there is an associated zone server that executes logic that applies the requested hostname against a map. A name query to ECDN-managed content may be serviced in coordination with various sources of distributed network intelligence.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 24, 2012Publication date: January 24, 2013Applicant: AKAMAI TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventor: Akamai Technologies, Inc.

Publication number: 20130021032Abstract: In an electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer, a closed cycle cryocooler is used to cool gaseous helium, which is then circulated around a sample to cool the sample by direct convection. Since the sample is not mechanically connected to the refrigerator, no vibrations are transmitted from the refrigerator to the sample and the sample can be quickly removed and replaced. The cooled helium can be passed through a Joule-Thomson expansion device before circulating the cooled helium around the sample to further cool the helium. In addition, a vacuum pump can be connected to the helium outlet after circulating the cooled helium around the sample to increase the pressure differential across the Joule-Thomson expansion device and further cool the helium. In order to raise the temperature of the cooled helium, a heater can be placed about the cooled helium line upstream from the sample.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 21, 2011Publication date: January 24, 2013Applicant: COLDEDGE TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Arthur H.
