Abstract: The present disclosure provides a memory device, which includes a memory array, a read-clock generation circuit, and a local input/output circuit. The read-clock generation circuit receives a sense amplifier enable signal, a first sense amplifier pre-charge signal, and a latched write enable signal to generate a first read enable signal. The local input/output circuit includes multiple pairs of column-address pass gates, and a pair of read pass gates. The plurality of pairs of column-address pass gates are configured to receive data from a bit-line pair of the memory cells in a row selected by an address signal. The pair of read pass gates connects a read bit-line pair to the bit-line pair in response to the first read enable signal being in a low-logic state. The first read enable signal is de-asserted after the read bit-line pair connected to the pair of read pass gates are pre-charged.

Abstract: A low-power static random access memory (SRAM) for at-memory architecture is set forth. The on-chip SRAM in at-memory architecture is located adjacent to PE (Processing Element) so that the same voltage as PE, vddp, is required at the SRAM circuit connected to PE. Further lower bitline precharge voltage, around 0.1V, than vddp is designed by smart charge sharing method using appropriate segmented bit lines. On the other hand, SRAM write operation needs higher voltage than PE. To generate such high writing voltage from din voltage which is generated by vddp of PE, write main amplifier which is located at the opposite side of read main amplifier which is located next to PE is designed. In addition, seamless read operation without any segmented sub arrays, and separated read and write MA (Main Amplifier) are proposed.

Abstract: A method for unsupervised pre-training of a machine learning model. Abstract: Image fingerprints (embeddings) are generated by an image fingerprinting model and indexed with an approximate nearest neighbors (ANN) model trained to identify the most similar fingerprint based on a subject embedding. For image matching, a score is provided that indicates a similarity between the input embedding and the most similar identified embedding, which allows for matching even when an image has been distorted, rotated, cropped, or otherwise modified. For image classification, the embeddings in the index are clustered and the clusters are labeled. Users can provide just a few images to add to the index as a labeled cluster. The ANN model returns a score and label of the most similar identified embedding for labeling the subject image if the score exceeds a threshold. As improvements are made to the image fingerprinting model, a converter model is trained to convert the original embeddings to be compatible with the new embeddings.
