    Abstract: A system associated with progressive spatial analysis of prodigious 3D data including complex structures is disclosed. The system receives minimum boundary information related to a first data object and a second data object, which are proximate neighbors. The system determines whether boundary data associated with a first data object is within an area delineated by minimum boundary information of first data objects. A first geometric structure associated with the first data object is generated based on respective decompressed data. A structural skeleton is determined using the first geometric structure to identify respective skeleton vertices. A geometric representation is generated based on the skeleton vertices associated with the first geometric structure. The system determines whether boundary data associated with the second data object is within the area delineated by the minimum boundary information of the first data object.

    Abstract: Receptor protein kinases (RPTKs) transmit extracellular signals across the plasma membrane to cytosolic proteins, stimulating formation of complexes that regulate key cellular functions. Over 5 half of the known tyrosine kinases are implicated in human cancers and are therefore highly promising drug targets. A large-scale loss-of-function analysis of tyrosine kinases using RNA interference in the clinically relevant Erb-B2 positive, BT474 breast cancer cell line showed that Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), a cytosolic, non-receptor tyrosine kinase that has been extensively studied for its role in B cell development, is required, in altered form, for BT474 10 breast cancer survival. This alternative form contains an amino-terminal extension that is also present in tumorigenic breast cells at significantly higher levels than in normal breast cells.

Each arm of the first gate is disposed proximate to a corresponding first and second edge of the channel. Each arm of the first gate has a periodic profile along an inner boundary, wherein the periodic profiles of each arm are offset from each other such that a distance between the arms is constant. A Bloch voltage applied to the first gate will reduce the effective channel with such that Bloch resonance conditions are met.
